Outdated hotel. Appropriate for a short stay though

Small amount of staff meant waiting for tea/coffee and to check out. No tea/coffee facilities in room which was disappointing.

It was fine but there are better hotels in this price range.

Great location and a comfortable bathroom with a heating and racks to hang towels (in many hotels in Westerland single rooms have extremely small bathrooms that are really difficult to use, so that's why I appreciate the "normal" size here where a grown-up person can actually move).

For a hotel of this category, the breakfast was below average. The food was good, I didn't have a real problem, but in this price range (and yes I am talking about Westerland) hotels usually offer more choice. The room was extremely hot. I had to have my window open all the time despite stormy wind outside and temperatures close to freezing. It wasn't clear to me where did the heat come from, all the heating bodies were switched off. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room.

Value for money. Great location.

Perfect location, 2 minutes away from the beach. Breakfast was the best ever , with a cheese platter, fruit bowl, fresh eggs and great coffee. It was high quality food and everything was very fresh. Nice staff.

Its nice to have a small body lotion in the room , especially in summer. Room was hot, a table fan would be nice .

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Das einzige, was etwas anstrengend war, war die Musik zum Frühstück, aber das ist stöhnen auf hohem Niveau.

Geschäftlich unterwegs und gut untergekommen

- Service an der Rezeption war hervorragend - Sauna war super - Frühstück war eine gute Auswahl - Parkplatz vor der Tür - direkt in der Fußgängerzone und Restaurants in der Nähe

hier habe ich nichts zu sagen, es war alles wie erwartet und angenehm. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können. :) Vielen Dank

Musik im Frühstücksraum störte mich. Im 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich Wasserkocher für Kaffee/Tee. Ich hatte am 2. Tag Geburtstag, keine Reaktion seitens Personal.

Wundervoller Winteraufenthalt

Die Lage, das Frühstück, die Massage, das Personal waren sensationell.

Die Matratze war hart und die Gitterstäbe am Kopfende störten etwas Das Einzelzimmer dürfte auch ein etwas größeres Bett haben, aber für meinen Aufenthalt war es wunderbar.

Habe das zweite mal in dem Hotel übernachtet, Lage ist super wenige Meter zur Promenade. Sehr gutes Frühstück, der Kaffee macht ein richtig wach😉 Personal sehr nett. Komme gerne wieder

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Dünenburg. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich lecker – alles frisch, von toller Qualität und mit einer großen Auswahl, wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt! Die Lage ist einfach 1A: super zentral in Westerland und nur ein kurzer Weg bis zum Strand – besser geht’s kaum. Das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) war zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend, da man im Hotel ja hauptsächlich zum Schlafen ist. Alles war sauber, inklusive Bad und Dusche. Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel – ich komme gern wieder!

Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut bei sehr freundlichem Service. Lage des Hotels sehr zentral, nahe am Strand und am Bahnhof mitten in der Geschäfts- und 'Ausgeh'-welt.

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein!

Es waren wieder sehr schöne Tage im Hotel Dünenburg und ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt:)

Das Frühstück wird sehr ansprechend präsentiert und ist mehr als reichhaltig. Der Frühstücksraum ist gemütlich gestaltet und die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksservice ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, wie auch die Damen vom Empfang. Die Einzelzimmer haben, wie der Name schon sagt, eine gewisse Größe und sind sehr nett eingerichtet. Und die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Ein paar Schritte und man ist in einer der Fußgängerzonen und ein paar Schritte mehr und man ist am Strand. Auch ein Radlverleih ist in der Nähe. Für mich die perfekte Location.

Super Lage zum fairen Preis + sehr gutes Frühstück!

Die Lage war super - ein-paar Schritte zum Hauptstrand. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für eine Aufenthalt benötigt, das Bad war sehr schön frisch und sauber. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut - große Auswahl und sehr aufmerksame Servicekräfte! Schön war, dass wir 24h ein- und aus konnten ohne Probleme - kann man ohne Sorge die Insel entdecken.

Bei der Ankunft wirkten die Empfangsdamen etwas genervt, was sich aber während des Aufenthaltes deutlich verbessert hatte. Ich hatte auch eine besondere Anfrage vorab für meinen Freund gestellt, da wir für sein Geburtstag da waren, es wurde aber gar nichts erwähnt. Das Zimmer ist leider etwas "altbacken", ein Austausch von den Gardinen würde schon viel frischer wirken. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft noch etwas staubig, für eine Stauballergikerin fällt sowas natürlich sofort auf.

Die meisten Zimmer hatten einen Balkon, meines nicht, obwohl es, soweit ich mich erinnere in der Beschreibung stand. Das Bett war zu klein. Ich habe bisher als Einzelperson IMMER ein grosses Bett gehabt
