Central, vibrant, accessible

Breakfast – The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering everything one would expect. Any additional requests were promptly fulfilled, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. My children especially enjoyed the warm welcome and the overall atmosphere. Room – We were upgraded to spacious and comfortable rooms. The housekeeping staff were extremely courteous and made every effort to ensure cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy. Location – The property is ideally situated, just a two-minute walk from the beach and in close proximity to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. The central location made it very convenient for us to explore the area. Hospitality – The owner *Lady was outstanding, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay. She listened carefully to our needs and provided everything necessary. Her welcoming nature and commitment to guests’ comfort are truly commendable.

Very comfortable in a perfect location.

The location was perfect - a convenient walk from the train station and close to the beach. The bathroom was much larger than I expected.

Bed linens were fresh and clean but were an odd shade of yellow - seemed odd for a hotel not to have white linens.

Nice and quiet hotel between the train station and the beach

Best value for money compared to all the available hotels that weekend. Great service from friendly and accommodating staff. I was able to check-in at 12 noon. Clean and well-lit rooms. Very comfortable mattress and bedding.

Limited breakfast choices. The shower didn't drain quickly. The suite is located next to the rooftop terrace which can be accessed by the guests. It was mostly empty when I stayed there but I couldn't leave the curtains open while I slept.

The twin bed at this hotel is the most comfortable twin bed I’ve ever slept on.

The reception desk staff were not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed to be doing their jobs.

Not bad

Very friendly, helpful and competent staff - at breakfast, at the reception, as well as the chambermaid. The breakfast was very good (not as good as prepandemic though) and the choice of time windows was reasonable.

The mattress was totally worn out. Terrible. The bathroom was tragic - I'm short and relatively athletic but I was still worried that I may hurt myself getting in or out of the shower.

Preis-Leistung stimmte. Gerade für Sylt

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Bequemes Bett und wenn man auf den Zimmerservice verzichtet hat (bei zwei Tagen kein Thema), gab es eine große Flache gutes Wasser gratis. Das ist Nachhaltig.

Ich hätte mir ein Zimmer nach vorne heraus gewünscht. Der Hinterhof mit Parkplatz war sehr trist.

Anstatt ein umfangreiches Frühstück für 25€ anzubieten wäre die Möglichkeit ein kleines französisches Frühstück anzubieten ein rundes Programm

Ein perfekter Sylt-Urlaub incl. super Sommer-Wetter

Frühstück (Buffet) lies keine Wünsche offen´. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage perfekt - nur wenige Schritte bis zu Friedrichstrasse, wenige Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und zum Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer war groß und verfügte über einen Sitzbereich mit Sofa und Tisch. Ein handgeschriebener Zettel mit meinem Namen hat mich willkommen geheißen, hier wird sich Mühe gegeben. Das Badezimmer verfügte sogar über eine Eckbadewanne und Dusche. Geschmackvolle Seifenspender waren nur einige Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt verschönert haben. Das Frühstück lies ebenfalls keine Wünsche übrig, es war alles da, was man sich wünschen konnte einschließlich kleiner Omeletts. Die Lage ist sehr gut, kommt man aus dem Hotel, ist man direkt in der Fußgängerzone und in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ein Parkplatz stand mir im Innenhof zur Verfügung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung an einem Tag verzichtet, bekommt man als Gegenleistung eine Flasche Wasser, ich finde das eine sehr gute Idee. Alles in allem hatte ich einen sehr guten Aufenthalt.

In der Sitzecke war das W-Lan etwas schwach und brach immer mal wieder ab.

Frühstück war unglaublich vielfältig, mit großer Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptmeile der Touristen und ohne geschlossene Fenster wäre es recht laut. Im Sommer besser Zimmer zur Rückseite wählen

Netter Kurzurlaub mit leider zuviel Möwen

Hotel direkt an der zentralen Straße zum Strand gelegen, kurze Wege zu allerlei Geschäften und Restaurants. Schnell am Bahnhof, noch schneller am Strand. Betten waren bequem. Alles war sauber und intakt. Kapselkaffee mit dazugehöriger Maschine vorhanden.. Gut gefallen hat mir die Idee, dass man beim Verzichten auf die tägliche Zimmereinigung als Dankeschön eine Flasche Wasser geschenkt bekommt. So wird umweltfreundliches Verhalten belohnt.

Frühstück war mir 25€ pro Übernachtung und Person leider etwas teuer, deswegen nicht von genutzt. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war das Möwennest, auf dem Dach gegenüber meines Fensters.. Vor allem in den Morgenstunden sind diese Tiere extrem laut, dass nicht an Ausschlafen zu denken war.

Schöne Lage, das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Leider wurde mir die Kurtaxe mit meiner EC-Karte 2 mal abgebucht. Ich habe das erst zu Hause nach der Reise bemerkt.

Mitten drin.

Mitten in Westerland, mitten im Leben, Parkplätze direkt am Haus und sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und groß genug.

Die Zimmer zur Einkaufsstraße sind leider, trotz geschlossener Fenster, sehr laut, da schräg gegenüber eine Kneipe ist, die bis spät nachts geöffnet hat. Die entstehende Geräuschkulisse ist aufgrund der Musik und der mitsingenden Gäste grenzwertig.

Ich hatte sehr schöne Tage

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone war ideal. Das Bett und die Matratze waren hervorragend.

Das Bad war sanierungsbedüftig, aber dennoch alles intakt und sehr sauber. Dies soll aber im Winter erledigt werden.
