Good facilities, breakfast can improve

The location, the spa was excellent, the room was lovely, very nice atmosphere, though no other families were there.

The breakfast - the breakfast itself was lacking, breakfast hall was a bit small and not so nice, breakfast staff was not friendly.

The location is very good. Close to the beach walk, close to nice restaurants, close to the city center and close to a very helpful mechanic (Müller's Werkstatt).

Staff very friendly and "old school" with excellent name/guest recognition, although mostly lacking warmth and charm. Liked the open flow of the property with various entrances on every side. Rooms spacious and with enough closet space to move in for months Restaurant serves excellent dinner with great service

Internet was terrible! in bedroom 300 not working at all. Surprising for a hotel of this standing in a country like Germany. Parking at hotel is 9 euro/day and usually full but you can park for free on the large parking place right next to the hotel Breakfast room is too noisy and hectic for our taste

Friendly personnel and quiet atmosphere.

Good Breakfast from 9 to 12!

I was very disappointed that the Spa was closed. I was offered to be transported to a different place by car. Due to very bad weather (strong storm) the idea of leaving the place was not appealing at all Had I known before I would have chosen a different hotel. I wonder whether the hotel could have informed me a day before...?

Goede ligging, maar prijs-kwaliteit stelt teleur

Het hotel is goed gelegen, ideaal voor uitstappen met de auto en wandelingen langs het strand. De kamer was mooi, maar wel erg gehorig. Vriendelijk personeel. Grote parkeerplaats naast het hotel. Autotrein op minder dan 10 minuten bereikbaar.

De kamer was mooi, maar helaas waren de ramen in zowel de badkamer als de slaapkamer onderaan beschimmeld, wat geen verzorgde indruk gaf. Het bed vonden wij te zacht, al is dat natuurlijk persoonlijk. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding vonden wij niet in orde. Voor deze prijs hadden we verwacht dat het ontbijt inbegrepen zou zijn. Bovendien kost het ontbijt €32 per persoon, wat wij erg duur vonden voor een eerder karig ontbijt. Daarnaast werd er ook nog €4 per dag aangerekend voor de sauna, terwijl we hier zelfs geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt.

Insgesamt war es aber dann doch gut, da wir das Beste daraus gemacht haben.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Auch der Barkeeper war perfekt. Die Zimmer waren groß , und die Betten sehr bequem.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war das Schwimmbad geschlossen, ich hatte mir dieses extra deshalb ausgesucht. Aber mein Fehler: das Kleingedruckte nicht gelesen. Für Menschen mit leichter Geheinschränkung ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Die Himmelsleiter bin ich nur 1 x hochgestiegen, und der Weg in die Stadt oder zum BUS Bahnhof zu Fuß ist weit. Es sei denn, man reist mit dem Auto an.

Frühstücksbuffet, warum wurde der Käse geviertelt (bei Scheiben) und alles klebte aneinander, O-Saft musste man selber frisch pressen, dass erwartete ich vom Personal, Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel nur auf Wunsch täglich

Tolle Lage mit Blick zu den Dünen. Fußläufig in 15 Min zum Bahnhof oder auch in die Fußgängerzone. Aufteilung in 3 Häuser, viele Ecken zum Sitzen im und außerhalb des Hotels. Immer mit schönen Blick. SPA mit 2 Saunen, 1 Damofsauna, kleinem Ruheraum schön, vor allem mit Handtüchern zum selbst nehmen. Pool klein, aber für kurzes Schwimmen und planschen geeignet.

Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht geheizt(Außentemperatur 14 Grad). Check out 10 Uhr, obwohl Frühstück bis 11.30 geht. Kein Zimmerservice (gibt's nur alle 2 Tage), Preis bleibt aber gleich.

Schöner Aufenthalt am Meer

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut - Strandnahe Lage - nur über die Düne die Treppe hoch und ist man am Strand. Die Suite war schön und gut ausgestattet.
