Good location, quite spacious rooms.

Breakfast was included in price, however, it was at a different location with limited seats. They told me there were no seats left between 8:00 and 10:00. So I had to skip breakfast.

Cozy, roomy, testy but a bit dirty

the location is great. There’s a beach just nearby. The apartment was wonderful, cozy, spacious. Breakfast was tasty and diverse

the flor in the room was dirty, plus there is dust on the furniture. WLAN was periodically absent

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und auch mit dem Wetter und allem waren wir zufrieden.

Das Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel eingenommen, da wir jeden Tag unterwegs waren und auch unterwegs gegessen haben.

Kein Frühstück im Haus, Schlüssel musste zum Hotel zurückgebracht werden… Personal im Haupthaus (Rezeption) hat vermutlich eine andere professionelle Berufung als den Hotelerie-/Gastrobereich …

Die Lage der Unterkunft.

Für eine Familie 2 Erwachsen und 2 Kinder war die Wohnung zu klein. Es gab keine Küche und nur einen kleine Hotelkühlschrank. Zusätzlich stehen noch 4 Glascontainer in direkter Nähe - dies war sehr nervig da die allgemeinen Gäste von Sylt sich nicht an Regel halten und fast Rund um die Uhr ihr Leergut dort entsorgten.

Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 4 Tagen wert!

Das äußere Ambiente, also der Garten ist schön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist absolut ausreichend und praktisch. Die Bilder im Raum haben uns auch sehr gefallen.

Das Bad könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung in Form von Haken oder Regalen vertragen. Leider ist auch kein Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer. Sowie im Zimmer gibt es auch leider keine Aufhängmöglichkeit für Kleidung.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Man kann den Hund mitbringen und einen Stellplatz mieten. Wir haben die Wohnung mit Frühstück

Sehr schön eingerichtet und alles da was man brauchte. Sie liegt nur wenige Minuten von Westerland und man kann dort schnell zu Fuß hin gehen. Gerade wenn man ein paar Wein getrunken hat, ist man zu Fuß schnell zu Hause.

Die Wohnung liegt unterm Dach und man muss zwei Treppen hochgehen um in die Wohnung zu kommen. Es gibt aber auch Wohnungen die unten liegen. Wenn es länger heiss ist, kann es in der Wohnung sehr warm werden. Es handelt sich um Wohnung 28.

Hat alles funktioniert, preis Leistung passt nicht.

Die Lage ist perfekt.

Alles ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Aufrufen von zusätzlichem Geld zum Parken Autos ist unbefriedigend. Die Höhe von 18 € pro Tag ist unverhältnismäßig hoch , zumal es weder abgeschlossen, überdacht noch sonstwie gesichert ist.

Alles vor Ort und dennoch ruhig

Uns hat die Lage und die Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Man kann direkt vor der Haustür parken und ist sofort am Strand und in der Stadt. Alles ist Fußläufig. Wir haben auch das Frühstück im Hotel ausprobiert und waren ebenfalls begeistert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Lage ist top! Sehr netter Service. Babybett stand bereit und war bequem und hübsch bezogen. Die Treppe ist allerdings eher umständlich zu bewältigen, wenn man was zu tragen hat ( Kinderwagen o.ä.)

Hundefreundlich und sehr bemüht

Personal im Hotel von Stefan war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde sich sehr schnell darum bemüht, Missstände abzuschaffen. Reinigungskräfte in der Villa am Meer super sympathisch. Frühstücksbufett sehr lecker und umfangreich

Das Bett qietscht und knarrt bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Dreht einer sich im Bett um, ist der andere sofort mit wach. Badezimmer sanierungsbedürftig, lose Fliesen, Duschkabine Tür defekt. Schade, dass es beim Frühstück im Hotel so starre Zeiten gibt und man nach einer Stunde regelrecht hinauskomplimentiert wird, weil die nächsten Gäste an den Tisch sollen.

Das man zum Frühstück ca. 300 Meter gehen muss. Im Bad waren Haare in der Dusche und an der Wand. Matratze im Bett viel zu hart.

Bequem und freundlich

Frühstück ist gut! Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Sort von Ei. Mir gefällt auch vielfältige Tee. Es gibt auch Kaffee, Sanft, Obst, Gemüse für Salat, Brot(Kleine Croissant!) und Müsli.

Rezeption ist andere Ort. Und das Wetter ist nicht so gut.
