Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die ruhige Lage, etwas abseits, in einem Wohngebiet, aber dennoch nicht weit zum Strand und der große kostenfreie Parkplatz. Das Frühstück wurde in kleinen Portionen angeboten und war lecker. Das Doppelzimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sauber, dem freundlichen Servicepersonal von dieser Stelle ein Dankeschön.
Der Eigentümer/Betreiber war nur am Vormittag/Mittag im Haus und konnte bei bedarf dannach nur über eine Handy-Nr. erreicht werden. Ein Schlüsselkasten mit einem mir zugeschicktem Code, um an meinen Schlüssel zu kommen war meine Begrüßung.

Sehr netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Frühstück tiptop! Ruhig. In 5–10 min.zu Fuss, an Bushaltestelle, Strand und 2 sehr gute Rest.(Osteria Camping, 49er Aldente Aquarim)

Die Lage ist OK, das Personal nett und freundlich, das Frühstück prima, der Service gut.
Das Zimmer, das Mobiliar und das Bad müsste renoviert werden. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
