Great value for money as long as you don't get room 26

Very friendly and competent staff. Great location. Breakfast was average but they start at 7am which is nice - most hotels start at 8am which is late for me (but the breakfast at 7 is only nice as long as you don't have room 26 which I had). This was my 2nd stay at this hotel - the previous one was in winter and I had a better room then.

Room 26 is the most obnoxious room I have ever had. It is located literally 1m from the breakfast buffet (you have to walk along the buffet to get to room 26) and the wall behind the bed is the kitchen wall. Even though I slept with my Soundcore sleep A10 earbuds, I got woken up on 4 out of my 6 nights around 6am (sometimes 5:40).

Friendly staff and excellent location to beach, restaurants and transport

The staff was very friendly and assisted with information such as tours and bus timetables and good places to eat. The location is very close to the main Westerland beach and within easy distance from the station and central bus station. Being in the town centre, there is ample choice of restaurants, literally on its doorstep. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Overall the hotel is in a great location within quick walking distance to train station and beach right in the center of the town. The breakfast was pretty decent. The rooms were also fine.

WiFi was a complete disaster. The hotel has dead spots and we could not pick up the WiFi signal in the room. It worked in the hallway and the breakfast area, but it was really annoying that we could not get a signal in the room. We had to get out of the room to make Voip calls. The morning front desk attendant agreed that I can switch rooms after other guest moved out after lunch time. Unfortunately, the afternoon front desk attendant was unwilling or too lazy to switch us around. She instead recommended that we should stay the next time at another hotel.

We would definitely stay again, we felt really comfortable.

We booked the hotel mainly because of its convenient location and we were not disappointed. It is very central, but quiet at night (apart from sea gull noises which are normal when you stay at the sea side). It has a nice, quiet atmosphere and the rooms are nice.

Every thing was great! The only thing that perhaps could be improved is the little soap bar (by the way, after many, many years I see one!), for 3 days and 2 nigths, it is a waist, maybe liquid soap would be better. Just a constructive opinion..

It is a wonderful room, rather spacious and nice. Right in the middle of things, close to the beach.

The room gives to a rooftop, so the view is not really nice, there is no lobby.

Very good location right next to restaurants and bars and only a few minutes from the beach. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely come back.

Very central location in Westerland and close to the beach. Clean rooms. Probably good value given that I spent the night there during a particularly high-demand high season.

Super Lage, sehr freundlich.

Die super freundliche Rezeptionistin hat mir meinen Tag gerettet. Frühstück ist gut. Zimmer einfach, aber Lage super. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Kein Aufzug. Aber dafür wurde mir mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Absolutes Plus.

Tolles Hotel mit altem Charme

- Die großartige Lage mitten in Zentrums Westerland und ganz in der Nähe zum Strand. - Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. - Der Flur sah sehr schön aus und war mit viel Charme eingerichtet. - Auf Sauberkeit wurde vorbildlich stets geachtet und Badetücher wurden immer gewechselt. - Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer.

- Etwas mehr Extras wie einen Teekocher oder einen Tisch wären super gewesen. - Keine freien verfügbaren Steckdosen in der Nähe vom Bett.

Perfekte Lage um Sylt zu genießen

Perfekte Lage und super nettes Personal, das Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und alles sauber. Ab 17:00 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, aber ich konnte mit meinem Zimmerschlüssel selber die Tür unten öffnen. Fast wie zu Hause und das fand ich positiv.

Das Frühstück könnte noch etwas liebevoller hingestellt werden und der Snackautomat vielleicht eher auf den Flur und nicht im Essraum. Sonst war alles süß vorbereitet.
