Die Lage in Westerland ist sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal ist super.
Für eine Suite ist das Schlafzimmer zu beengt. Das Frühstück im Raffelhüschen ist zwar hervorragend, doch wird man dort nur als Gast zweiter Klasse behandelt.

This is a great property with just six suites. The Mauritius Suite on the top floor is very comfortable, modern and spacious. It is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the train station.

Wunderschöne Suiten mit interessanter Raumaufteilung, zentrale Lage mit wenigen Gehminuten zu Gosch, zur Fußgängerzone und dem Strand. Herrliches Frühstück ein paar Häuser weiter im Hotel Raffelhüschen. Sauna im Haus klein, aber sehr schön gemacht.

Location is great. But that's unfortunately all.
Most previous comments here are correct. No one helping with luggage. Key box hard to find. Reception closed after 4 pm. The breakfast has been outsourced. Small bath room in midst of wall renovation. Space between bed and wall too small. Not a nice view. Sauna did not work. Staff tries to overplay the obvious. Wifi was bad. In short, this is not a hotel. Spend your money somewhere else. All is expensive on Sylt, but this is badly spent money.
