Nice room but without frills

Excellent location, super clean

At this price level, I would have hoped that the property provides beach towels, bath robes, slippers and iron + ironing board, and that cleaning of the kitchen area in the room is included in the room cleaning

the island is overpriced. I don’t mind paying for quality, but that just doesn’t add up with this hotel, or food, or ser

+ spacious room and bathroom + free nespresso & water, nice soap and body lotion + good location

- stuffy bad smell - basement room, you hear every banging step from guests above - dirty toilet brush, holes in bed sheet, dirty/dusty coffee cups - northgerman unfriendliness at reception, not helpful - construction work going on one of the days (3 night stay)

Nice stay in Westerland

Easy contactless check in and check out. Beautiful design and very comfy bed and shower. Friendly and helpful staff. And the beach is only three blocks away.

Nice large room without air conditioning

I liked the room and the location. The room was large, with sofas. It had a mini kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfy. The building was very good located, really closed to the beach area.

We didn't have air conditioning. It didn't work. It was very hot that day outside and the room was located on the souterrain. It reached 28 °C, so we couldn't stay there the afternoon, as it was too hot.

Relaxing and cozy,

The room is spacious and very comfortable and everything in it, from the soap, shampoo and body moisturizer to the towels and bed sheets are of very good quality. The room was always very clean, and the staff was polite and always helpful. The kitchen had everything you need for a quick meal. The hotel also has a small sauna, which served well for us to relax after a day at the beach.

I would not write any bad reviews, since I really like my stay. The only thing I would change in the room is the small light on the Air Condition that keeps blinking the entire night, and I missed some blackouts on the windows to make the room darker in the morning.

staff was really friendly and helpful nice accommodation (small kitchen, Nespresso…) big room anti allergic sheet if you ask for it

they could have use the vacuum cleaner every 2-3 days. it was not use at all, we had lot of dust.

Sylt is terribly expensive of course, and this place was comparatively cheap, but for more than $200 a night one doesn’t

Location near beach. Modern bathroom and appliances. Friendly staff.

The air conditioner/heater was disconnected. The room-safe battery failed so we couldn’t secure our valuables. The beds were made after our first night but the wet towels we had used were not replaced. The bedsheets felt sandy. There was leftover trash in the wastebasket from former guests. The complimentary bathrobes showed signs of not having been properly washed.

Schöne kleine Auszeit zu zweit

Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Aber das Zimmer war mega. Sehr sauper. Alles super geklappt mit der Übermittlung für den Code für das Zimmer. Wir hatten mit Stellplatz gebucht. Auch das hat super geklappt. Die Kurtaxe wurde über einen Umschlag angefordert. Alles war perfekt. Für eine kleine Auszeit.

Da haben wir nichts zu berichten. Wir hatten nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Der untere Eingang war lediglich schlecht beleuchtet, so dass man den Kartenleser an der Tür nicht unmittelbar finden konnte.

Diese Wohnung im Souterrain war etwas zu teuer.

Die sehr zentrale Lage und ein unglaublich bequemes Bett sind sehr positiv. Ebenso, dass sich im Schrank eine Miniküche versteckt.

Zwar sehr gemütlich, aber auch sehr abgewohnt. Da das Haus an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, kann man kaum ein Fenster öffnen.
