Value for money if you are after the kitchen and close to bus station, but very uncomfortable

Completely furnished, close to bus station, near the supermarket

Bed sheets smells bad, appliances are in bad shape, run down( cant close the window near the kitchen), the dirty and stained duvet is in display.

Better than expected .

the location was good once you found the best bus stop . the view was better than expected and on the whole quite location , also there is a good supermarket very close. we felt safe but did not really venture out in the location in the evening.

could not get the tv working and the micro wave was hard to under stand. Just us being older people!

All in all, valuable apartment for the money, but room for improvement.

The property was central and cheap and place for 4 persons.

Dirty, loud and noisy neighborhood, kitchen was not very clean, oil rests in pans, water-boiler was dirty, shower sprinkler didn't work. It got very very hot inside during the day. The Van provided didn't help at all.

Very affordable stay in Marseille with big budget save!

The best price per night in Marseille, has living room and bedroom, so big space, 500 mega internet super!!! has tv, fridge, microwave, coffe maker, tea, etc...Has good security at front door, the view is very nice :) No bugs, No cockroches which is a big plus :) was very clean and tidy, but the walls and paint have some marks...

The bedroom is tip top shape but the living room needs a little work, the bathroom has a little smell, easy fixable, the pipe is sealed with aluminium cap and the smell gets out arround that,.. but if you open the window there is no problem :)

Location was ok, 3km from the centre and the apartment was clean.

There was a self check-in and I managed to check-in, but problem came when I wanted to leave the place. It was not possible to get out as the handle was broken, so I was stucked inside. I immediately called the owner and he came in 15 minutes. He was not able to open the door either, so after 5-10 minutes trying he left and came back with some equipment. He was trying like for another hour, but without success. Only afterwards he called locksmith and it again took an hour. I did not really like the way how owner has handled this issue, he should have called locksmith immediately. Also, locksmith could have probably opened the door faster, but the owner obviously did not want to have his door broken. As host I found this experience really traumatizing - I was waiting to see Marseille and not to be stucked in the apartment for 2 and half hours without knowing when I will finally be able to get out. There were another problems with the apartment as well - it was very cold (one heating was not sufficient for the whole apartment), it was not possible to close bedroom door, we were supposed to come 4, but there were not sheets on sofa, sofa smelt oddly, there was not soap in the bathroom, upon departure we were asked to take a trash away, but there was missing a trash bag in the basket.

Nocleg bardzo tani, jak ktoś chce zanim kosztem tylko przenocować . - Cena bardzo korzystna - ciepła woda, - klimatyzacja - Papier, ręczniki, suszarka, czajnik - blisko przystanki autobusowe

- Pościel wyglądała na nieświeżą - coś nas tam pogryzło, pewnie pluskwy - trzeba było samemu wynieść śmieci, jeśli nie to właściciel straszyl kara pieniężna - woda w umywalce nie schodziła - bardzo mało mydła, praktycznie go nie było

nous avons louer ce week-end du 23 au 25 janvier. Je tiens à vous signaler que l'hébergement n'était pas du tout comme les photos sur l'annonce. Pleins de fissures sur les murs, pas de chauffage, aucun radiateur. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, ni le petit chauffage soufflant. L’état de la cafetière laissait à désirer… Traces de sang et de saleté sur les oreillers, douche pleine de calcaire, humidité et moisissures partout dans l’appartement.. Nous revenons malade avec 5 degrés dans votre appartement tous le week-end. Les photos du site n’ont rien à voir avec l’heure actuelle.

Dalle foto sembrava una struttura ben curata e molto accogliente invece era tutt’altra cosa: abbiamo trovato un appartamento al piano di sopra dove mancava la luce nel corridoio e dovevi usare la torcia per vedere. Nella casa c’era sporcizia ovunque( battiscopa mai mai puliti ), ripiani e mensole pieni di polvere, ragnatele appese nei muri e nei mobili, muri decadenti, cuscini messi per terra di cui erano pieni di sangue, capelli nella doccia, un odoro sgradevole al entrata di muffa e di chiuso, cassette piene di lenzuola e asciugami buttati cosi a caso, mobili sporchi e mai puliti, senza Wi-Fi di cui nella descrizione era scritto che era presente ! E sopratutto eravamo senza riscaldamento di cui c’era una stufetta rotta e impossibile usarla. Non la consiglierei a nessuno ! E sopratutto non è come descritto e mostrato nelle foto. L’host non era disposto a capire la situazione e non ha voluto nemmeno aiutarci trovando una soluzione per risolvere questo spiacevole soggiorno anzi ci ha completamente ignorati e abbiamo dovuto provvedere con un altro hotel perché la casa era invivibile ! E sopratutto nonostante le foto e tutto non abbiamo avuto nemmeno un rimborso !

Le prix est très abordable ce qui en fait un avantage … les clefs étaient faciles d’accès.

Logement insalubre et très sale. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l’appartement était dans un état déplorable : murs et portes abîmés, peinture qui s’écaille. Le ménage n’avait manifestement pas été fait, poussière épaisse sur les meubles, sol collant, salle de bain sale. La porte de la chambre ne ferme même pas, nous avons dû mettre un sac devant pour la maintenir fermée. En plus, aucune fourniture de base : pas de savon pour les mains, pas de liquide vaisselle, ce qui est très contraignant quand on arrive tard. Matelas du canapé lit très inconfortable ( peu épais et confortable) Pendant le séjour, une fuite d’eau est apparue. La propriétaire n’était pas très réactive ( plus d’un jour d’attente de réponse). Concernant le quartier: quartier très sale mais bien desservi en bus.

Cette règle me semble démesurée : bien sûr il faut laisser le logement dans un bon état, mais de là à laisser le ménage aux clients.... Il n'y avait ni éponge, ni torchons dans la cuisine, ni savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain.

HORRIBLE!

INSALUBRE! L'emplacement est horrible car les bus passent toutes les 45mn et que jusqu'à 20h30. L'appartement était sale et l'hôte OSE demander une caution de 50€ si les poubelles ne sont pas sorties à la fin du séjour. Hote indisponible par téléphone (madame), boîtier des clefs impossible à ouvrir seule (j'ai du demander à une passante), voisins bruyants, immeuble insalubre, hôte absolument pas arrangeant également sur les horaires. FUYEZ !!! 37€ à la poubelle !

Manque de matériel (chaise, bol, tasse…) quand je faisais la vaisselle je me prenais des coup d’électricité je pense qu’un truc était mal brancher car même l’eau faisais mal aux mains. Un peu moins de la mer et la rue et très étroite beaucoup de mal à se garer.

Très beau séjour malgré la déception de l'appartement

La gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes. Il y avait beaucoup de bus disponible, donc c'était facile d'accès.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'état de l'appartement. On a été assez déçue, l'appartement n'était pas accueillant (la peinture se décolle, il y a des trous, la porte de la chambre ne ferme pas celle de la salle de bain était compliqué à fermer). Les lits n'étaient pas confortables. Il y a une route à côté donc si vous ne supportez pas le bruit des voitures, faites attention. J'aurais dû écouter les autres commentaires qui disaient de ne pas booker.

Nous avons trouvé que l'appartement était plutôt bien situé. Il y a une cafetière, un micro onde, un frigo, des plaques électriques, une bouilloire et un grille pain disponible. Des serviettes et du linge de lit ont été mis à notre disponibilité.

L'appartement ne ressemble plus aux belles photos présentent sur booking. Peintures défraîchies, fissures et trous dans les murs, portes défoncés, le sol n'était pas des plus propres non plus.

L'endroit est calme. L'appartement est simple avec certains équipements essentiels micro-onde propre réfrigérateur propre, lit (chambre) confortable, wc propre.

La porte de l'appartement est difficile à ouvrir les appareils électroménagers ne sont pas entretenus donc pas utilisables (cafetière, bouilloire). Dommage les accessoires ménage manquaient (serpillère non opérationnel, balai brosse à changer).

À fuir! Appartement degeulasse, papier toilette inexistant, plinthes avec moisissure, prises qui se decollent. Pas de senseo mais une cafetière simple. Pas de four, pas de Tv la boxe SFR est en surchauffe et s'éteint seule. Odeur d'urine sur le clic clac du salon. J'ai écris à la propriétaire, ils sont là pour encaisser l'argent et rien d'autre ! Ils se foutent complètement des gens ! Pas de stationnement non plus, il faut chercher.... Hall d'entrée avec des poubelles et une odeur insupportable ! Et je ne parlerai pas du quartier qui est incroyablement sale, et mal fréquenté. Fuyez c'est un conseil !
