Posizione ottima. Check in anticipato e check out posticipato grazie alla disponibilità del proprietario. Cucina con tutto il necessario, ampie e numerose finestre nelll'appartamento che lo rendono luminosissimo nonostante sia un secondo piano. Soggiorno/cucina davvero belli esteticamente e arredamento molto carino.
Pulizia non eccellente. Bagno un po' datato. Zona rumorosissima, dalle 6 di mattina era impossibile dormire. Da italiana, caffè della macchinetta non il massimo. Ripida scala a chiocciola per arrivare all'appartamento, con una valigia grande potrebbe essere davvero scomodo.

Großer Pluspunkt sind die Lage (nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof und vom alten Hafen entfernt) und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (sehr schnelle Antwort, unkomplizierte Lösung bei Problemen) - geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung - Es ist alles da, was man braucht, aber...
Ausstattung: Besteck und Töpfe vom Allereinfachsten und nicht sehr stabil, Weingläser (oder wofür sie gedacht sind?) aus Plastik - Schlafgelegenheiten nicht sehr bequem - Badewannenrand/-ecken aus unserer Sicht teilweise überarbeitungsbedürftig (Schimmel)
