The street outside is a little sketchy but still not a good location since its not far away fron the centre

Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût, spacieux et parfaitement équipé. La climatisation est un vrai plus, surtout en période de forte chaleur. Le livret d’accueil est utile.
En revanche, la propreté de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le sol était très sale (nos chaussettes sont devenues noire très très vite!) ce qui a malheureusement gâché notre première impression. Les serviettes et les draps dégageaient une odeur désagréable, au point de nous faire douter qu’ils aient été correctement lavés entre deux séjours. C’est un point très décevant, d’autant plus que le reste de l’appartement est agréable.

El alojamiento es bonito, sin embargo falta bastante limpieza. Además la ropa de cama olía mal, se notaba que se había secado en malas condiciones y había quedado el olor de la humedad. En cuanto a la ubicación, está en un lugar intermedio. Podría tener bastante mejor ambiente pero no es de los peores sitios de marsella por lo que es aceptable. Si vas a pasar unos pocos días en Marsella será más que suficiente para ti.
