Het comfort van het appartement. Schoon, compleet, groot genoeg voor 1 of 2 personen. Midden in de reuring van Marseille.

+ l'emplacement : métro/tram, commerces, parc... + le calme + l'espace + appartement traversant : aération facile + clim dans la chambre (et le salon, mais pas utilisée) + le contact avec le propriétaire qui cherche vraiment rendre le meilleur service possible
- les casseroles en téflon abimées - les filtres de clim très sales J'ai fait le retour de ces deux points au propriétaire qui a dit prendre des actions tout de suite pour améliorer la situation : le contact a été très agréable et ça fait plaisir de voir ses suggestions prises en compte.

Of course it would have been better if there had been a lift, but it was a very old building without any modernization. The apartment itself, however, had been modernized very nicely.

Très peu choses. Peut-être éventuellement changer la fermeture des portes et améliorer l’accès dans les toilettes.
