Dream location in Ubud

I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in ubud. I was here for a month and its was perfect for my needs. The property is only 20 meters from the main Street, which has restaurants, cafes and various bars. It’s very lively and you can’t hear any noise from the villa. The staff is super nice and attentive. They were even able to make sure my sister and I got the rooms we wished for next to each other and everyone was so accommodating. I will definitely be coming back here again for my next stay🤩✨🌸

The property is in a great location - in the town centre and in the same time it is quiet

We stayed there for 3 days and the room wasn’t cleaned even once for the time being. Also the towels were not changed or the bin emptied. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was an ant powder on the floor. Overall could’ve been better

A fantastic friendly place to stay for a few days

It’s centrally located on one of the best little side streets in Ubud. The people who run it are wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic and it’s seriously good value. I’d highly recommend it for a few nights.

The rest of the room was quite clean and for that price, one can't really complain.

There isn't a proper lock at the door, you are given a padlock and it doesn't close that well. Bathroom didn't look that clean, to be honest.

Riecht sehr muffig, sowohl Raum als auch Handtücher. Sehr unangenehm. Bei Ankunft lag ein Zehnagel oder ähnliches auf dem Nachttisch. Bettlaken und Decke fleckig. Duschkopf so verschmutzt das er kaum brauchbar war. Pool war sehr dreckig, konnten wir nicht benutzen. Sind eher abgereist

Séjour super avec des enfants, qui ont bien apprécié la piscine

La localisation était parfaite et c’était très calme. Le personnel était très agréable et accueillant.

Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Śniadania były świeże i smacze. Obsługa bardzo dbała, aby niczego nam nie brakowało.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Mogliśmy skorzystać ze śniadania rownież poza godzinami ramowymi, co było bardzo pomocne podczas wczesnoporannych lub nocnych wycieczek. Widok z okna, klimatyzacja, lokalizacja.

W pokoju bez okna był grzyb na ścianie, słaba wentylacja, ale to chyba częsty problem występujący na tej wyspie. Na pewno w obydwu pokojach brakowało wieszaków czy półek w łazience oraz w pokoju. Nie było gdzie odkładać rzeczy.

La mejor opción calidad precio y servicio excelente

La habitación es grande, limpia y muy cómoda. El personal maravilloso, Gusti nos ha cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Nos ha ayudado a conseguir buen precio en las actividades que queríamos hacer en Ubud y siempre ha estado pendiente. Desayuno rico y todo muy cuidado. Piscina muy cómoda a la cual puedes acceder las 24h.

Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Die in Unterkunft liegt fußläufig zu vielen Restaurants und Shops. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Am Pool gibt es zwei Sonnenliegen und ein überdachtes „Bett“. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist auch lecker und es gibt den ganzen Tag kostenloses Wasser, Tee und Kaffee.

Der Duschkopf in meinem Zimmer müsste ausgetauscht werden, da viele Düsen verstopft sind.
