Friendly welcome and support throughout stay. Great location. Well appointed room with slice of homemade cake and also fresh milk in the small bedroom fridge were very nice touches. Very close to bus routes to Torquay and Teignmouth. Easy walking distance and the Cliff Railway, Babbacombe Theatre and the Model Village. Would happily stay here again when visiting the area.
