Disappointed having to pay an extra £10 to enter the room before 1600 Plus 1600 being to late to check in. Unable to cool the room down, no air conditioning

Breakfast was good Patrick our waiter was excellent. Cleanliness was ok . Facilities and reception etc could be a lot better. Manager was excellent could not do enough communicated well and helped a lot especially as I am disabled and have an electric wheelchair.
