Great place to stay

The hotel and staff were perfect, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful, taking their time to talk with us.. it very much had a homely feel to it. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Lindum Lodge

We were warmly greeted on arrival. Our room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. There was a wide choice of food on the breakfast menu. Parking was a bonus, and it was only a short walk to the sea front and town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stay at Lindum Lodge

Our room at the Lindum Lodge was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage so we were able to unpack completely. Russell and his family were very friendly and the breakfasts were good!

There was nothing we didnt like but some people might struggle with the location, it's a beautiful walk downhill to the seafront then a choice of 2 hills back up to the lodge- one quite steep and one not too bad.

Wonderful hosts, great breakfast, good location.

A great welcome on arrival from Russell the owner. He showed us around the Lodge and gave us information on the best routes into the town. He was a wealth of information and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and service with a smile. Would definitely stay here again.

Great host Russell explained everything that we needed to no from his place to the walk to the beach was really helpful in everything breakfast was fantastic room very clean and cleaned everyday would definitely stay again great location to town and beach. Well done Russell.

excellent comfortable place to stay and central for the beach and town center

Breakfast was excellent, room very comfortable and bathroom very well appointed and owner very helpful, free parking was a great bonus as parking in the area is not cheap.There is a small bar area which we didn't use as we were out every day and night, also there is a tv lounge and patio area.

Excellent stay and impressed with lovely room

Warm welcome throughout the stay. Spacious, comfortable and well decorated room with the nice touch of mini fridge and ample USB charging points. Parking space where we left our car for the whole week and access to lovely Bar and sun terrace.

A weekend in Torquay.

A fantastic location just a few minutes from the sea front. The hotel is clean and comfortable and it has a good carpark. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Lovely clean room. Recently decorated.

Staff were rude and lacked people skills. Carpark was too small and 2 cars got scraped on the wall whilst trying to get into the allocated spaces.

Comfortable, relaxing, friendly 3 nights

Great host we booked last Minute so had small room but was clean and comfortable and well decorated. Host was friendly and breakfast was filling and tasty 😀

If I had to say anything in this section would be public lounge and bar areas need updating to make more inviting but still fine to go sit in. Parking very tight but nothing they can do about that

The only thing was it was quite loud at night with the main road outside otherwise can't fault it.

Great Accommodation in Torquay

The warm greeting on arrival from the owner Russel and his family including a the tour of the property, these small touches always go a long way to making people feel welcome. The rooms were of a good size, clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast came with good portions and was tasty. The bar at the property has a cozy, pub like feel and is a good place to end the day with a drink. The location of the property, while up a hill is less than 10 minutes from the seafront.

Friendly and nothing too much trouble.

A warm and friendly welcome, then shown round the facilities and given some useful info. My preferred breakfast of bacon and tomatoes was perfectly cooked and the best bacon I’ve had for a long time, the full English was definitely a big breakfast. Very good service. Loved that there was a comfortable lounge to use to relax and also enjoy a drink from the bar.

I do prefer a self serve for juice, fruit, cereals etc before ordering the cooked breakfast. However, this is just personal preference.
