Cheap stay on the island

Big rooms, breakfast is really good. Cheap week stay on ilha grande

Rooms were really damp. Laid our clothes out on the bed and everything felt damp and started to smell. Getting into a bed that also felt damp wasn’t nice. The boat that leaves on the hour is always a couple of minutes late but I guess that’s island time. We had to wait one night 45 minutes before the boat turned up at Abraão to come back. Make sure you text the hotel 10 minutes before you want the boat or it might not come. The walk from the hotel to abraao cannot be done at night time. It’s a good 25 minute walk through the jungle

Wonderful experience!

The hotel staff was excellent and really friendly. Breakfast was great, the facilities are beautiful and the hotel is well-located. The hotel took us to the main town of Abraao without any problem on their boat. Overall had a wonderful experience.

Not clean.

Large room with nice view of the ocean.

Not a smile from the boat driver or the receptionist. The room we were given was dirty. Crumpled sheets, unmade beds, make up stains and hair on the pillow, dirty cue-tips, general griminess. Once we pointed that out, Ana the manager did her best to clean it up. We decided to change hotel for the second night. Ana refunded us I would not recommend this place.

The property is amazing, with private beach just for you. You can enjoy the calm of the island and the nature. The room was perfect, clean and good materials, brand new.

Island paradise.

This resort was great! The grounds are beautiful, and the private beach is well maintained, and lovely. The staff was attentive. They have a boat that will take you into town if/when you need. Our room was nicer than in the pictures. The landscape and views are spectacular. Island paradise!

Mediocre at best

The location was nice, but the hotel mediocre at best.

The room had bare minimum, extra matresses had black mold, night lights had no lamps, blankets were dirty. For this price you wouldn't expect the cleanliness and quality of a cheap motel.

Beautiful and quite place.

The location is exceptional. 30 min jungle-walking or just a 5 minutes boat transfer from Abraao to Crena. Kind-of-private beach with nice bar.

The rooms were clean and OK in general, but without a single piece of furniture (nor wardrobe). No wi-fi at all.

Great location on beautiful beach, near Abrãao , accessible by 20 minutes hike or regular 5-minute boat rides every hour on the hour. Only hotel on that beach. Good breakfast. Reasonably priced restaurant and bar prices.

The beach gets very crowded when people from Abrãao come for the day to use the beach restaurant. Loud and rowdy crowd. Some of the staff are good, but some are not well trained. Rooms with paper-thin walls - you hear everything your neighbors are up to. They are trying to improve the facilites, but are investing with some of the wrong priorities. The hotel is expensive because of its prime location - but the quality of the rooms and the service received are below what is expected for that price.

The place is amazing, really suggested for who is looking for peace and relax. The staff was really thoughtful and welcoming, congratulations to the lady who followed us from check in to check out very kind and very good

Higly recommend for a quite time away. Oustanding location in a beatiful beach!!

The location is excpectional, about 20min walk on a beatiful trail right next to the shore. It is also provided a boat shuttle during the evening (every hour) or any other time upon request. There was a lot of option for breakfast, including health choices, and also options available upon request. The beach is secluded and despite some visitors it has during the day it is like having your own private beach. Swimming from the shore we could see turtles and lots os fish. Very quiet waves!

There was some construction happening during our stay. The room we booked was in the new area and although it had everything we nedded there was no decoration or any element of extra confort, like an outside chair, a reading chair, a hammok. But I believe it was just because everything was so new and soon they will finish it up making it perfect!

A fuir…

Quitter l’établissement ! Ça pourrait être paradisiaque mais ce n’est absolument pas entretenu.

Ça pue littéralement à l’extérieur et l’odeur du moisi dans certaine chambre est nauséabonde. Les draps, les coussins, tout sentait le moisi, même nos vêtements ont pris l’odeur. Le matelas était moisi aussi. Dans la chambre, les sols (sauf sous les lits bien sûr) et la salle de bains étaient propres mais les murs sont remplis de moisissures. Une des chambres était inondée. Dans une autre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait des bêtes partout, même des lézards. Ils ne mette pas d’appareil anti-moustiques… ah et le frigo et sous le lit, je n’en parle même pas! À l’extérieur…C’est une décharge, un bidonville, c’est vraiment sale. Et l’odeur… Pas de café avant 8h00 du matin. C’est la seule chose que j’ai osé prendre au restaurant. La corbeille de fruits est infesté de moucherons, les poubelles sales qui traînent… la cuisine était en état d’insalubrité… Et la responsable n’est vraiment pas sympa. Elle mangeait, regardait des vidéos derrière son bureau, et n’aimait pas être dérangé! À réfléchir, mieux vaut dormir à Abrãao, ça évite de prendre les navettes (certes gratuites) sous les pluies torrentielles et l’orage! Même si la l’établissement n’y peut rien! Donc à fuir… on pensait arriver dans un petit paradis mais là c’était paradis taudis !

Nuestra experiencia en Praia da Crena, en Ilha Grande, fue excelente. El lugar es muy lindo y tiene un muy buen balance calidad-precio. Está ubicado a unos 10 minutos de Abraão, ya sea caminando por un hermoso sendero entre selva y playa, o en taxi boat (gratuito para los huéspedes) que sale cada hora desde el alojamiento. Nos hospedamos en una habitación cuádruple siendo tres adultos, y el tamaño fue perfecto, muy cómoda y bien distribuida. Es cierto que el ambiente puede ser algo húmedo, lo que dificulta que la ropa se seque y puede generar un leve olor a humedad, pero entendemos que es algo propio de la isla, especialmente si llueve varios días. El desayuno es muy completo, con variedad de panes, frutas y tortas, todo fresco y abundante. Queremos destacar especialmente la excelente atención de Ana, la dueña, que fue sumamente amable y atenta. Nos recomendó paseos, nos ayudó con distintos detalles del viaje y siempre estuvo predispuesta a que nuestra estadía fuera la mejor posible. Una genia, realmente nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Sin duda volveríamos.

Muy buena opción

La ubicación es buena en la isla, el barco que te lleva al pueblo es muy bueno, la cercanía a la playa es genial, el ambiente, la disponibilidad del personal, el equipamiento de la habitación es bueno, en general es una muy buena opción

Los lugares comunes un poco sucio, los aromas de basura malos, el desayuno podría tener más cariño, un poco caro el restaurant

Keine Info über den Boots Service vom Steg … mussten durch den Dschungel und durch Knie hohes Wasser laufen um das Hotel zu erreichen … vor Ort sagte man, dass es einen Boots Service gibt. Allerdings haben wir hierzu nie eine Info bekommen

Los gatitos y manteca el perrito , y el espacio es lindo, la chica y el chico de la recepción atendieron muuuy amables el resto con una mala onda tremenda . La playa muy linda y la limpian diariamente . El baño super amplio y lindo. Me tocó la habitación q daba a la playa y súper amplia , pero le falta onda y deco

En el desayuno siempre faltaban cosas aunque había 20 personas trabajando ahí , platos, vasos , cubiertos, huevo. Si algo se terminaba no reponían y si pedías algo te miraban con una mala onda tremenda. A la habitación le faltaba sacar la humedad y darle una pintada , la deco muy pobre para lo q sale , el jardín hermoso pero el pasto sin cortar . Te dicen q la lancha sale todas las horas a la hora puntual del alojamiento, pero si no la pedís no sale , pero nadie explica bien cómo funciona el sistema. Te dicen q sale a todas horas no que tenes q pedirla cada vez q quieras volver .

O café da manha era ótimo, a localização era ótima, funcionários simpáticos, ambiente limpo, próximo a locais ótimos. Praia incrível

A comunicação. Não fomos informados que o restaurante estaria fechado para o preparo da refeição para o dia 31. Minha filha grávida ficou desde meio deia até 20horas sem se alimentar. Eu não levei nada na bolsa( chocolate, biscoito, sucos, frutas ou qualquer coisa) o restaurante não tinha para vender um suco 100% natural para comercializar, agua de coco, biscoitos ou qualquer item embalado que pudesse ser facilmente oferecido para suprir tais demandas. Nos outros dias mesmo após justificativas dos funcionários seguimos passando pelos mesmos perrwguengues, afinal estavamos em uma ilha . Sendo eles os principais fornecedores de suprimentos. Por diversas vezes não tivemos refeições adequadas por falta de pessoas, ingredientes, funcionamento do restaurante. Faltou organização da empresa em comprar que fosse produtos industrializados para atender a demanda. Sucos, agua de coco, gatoreide, batatas. Amendoim, biscoitos, lazanhas prontas muitos produtos poderiam ser facilmente comercializado e beneficiado tanto a empresa como os hóspedes. Disponibilizar micro-ondas e cafeteiras elétricas nos quartos. Lembrando que não vendia café no restaurante. Após café da manhã não tínhamos acesso a café mais...

Hermosa la playita y la posada en general. El servicio gratuito de lanchas es realmente un golazo. La conserje y algunos de los empleados fueron amables

Il rigole qu avec les loco dommage … le restaurant le soir 0 il on une carte énorme mais il on rien et cher ….. j ai demander le code wifi on aurai dit je demander de l argent ! Aucun sourire du personnel !! Il devrait revoir ça psk le lieux est magique . Et aussi s occuper mieux des clients de la poussada que les gens de l extérieur ! À choisir j aurai pris une autre poussada !!!

Praia da Crena é uma boa opção para fugir da agitação do Abraão e ficar na beira do mar

A pousada fica na beira da Praia da Crena. O quarto com hidromassagem é espaçoso, tem uma boa cama e um bom banheiro. O café da manhã é de boa qualidade. Os funcionários são simpáticos e a gerente Ana é muito prestativa. Tem barco para a Vila do Abraão a cada hora.

O restaurante pode melhorar diminuindo o tempo de espera para o preparo da refeição e o custo-benefício.

O Café da manhã é muito bom, o atendimento da Ana e dos demais funcionários é excelente e a praia é uma delícia. Meus filhos amaram a praia. Os passeios podem ser contratados diretamente na pousada, foi muito bom.

Muito caro para o que oferece

Transporte da crena para o Abraão funciona muito bem. Limpeza do quarto.

Restaurante fica muito sujo, pilhas e pilhas de louça suja acumulada, cheiro não é bom, havia lixo tb depositado atrás da área da ducha. Cheiro da pousada não é agradável, parece cheiro de fruta podre, talvez sejam as jacas que caem das árvores e ficam depositadas no chão.
