a relax stay with stunning views

amazing views, and super nice staff the breakfast was excellent very relax environment we got there late and hungry, they made the check in process super easy and arrange for dinner. you do need a car to get there, we didn’t have one but they help us get us a taxi at check out. very thankful. it was an excellent choice to relax and just enjoy a quiet stay

the A/C didn’t seem to work properly so it was a it hot during the night

Achamos a pousada muito longe do centro. Da uns 40 minutos e próximo a pousada não tem nada. Deu tudo certo pq tínhamos carro. Mas quem não vai de carro não ficaria tão satisfeito.

Lugar incrível!

A pousada é incrível. Acomodações limpas e confortáveis. A vista é maravilhosa tanto do quarto quanto de qualquer outro local (restaurante, áreas de convivência, ...). Ao descer as escadas temos acesso a piscina, piscina natural e o mar. É perfeito!

"Eu adorei toda a estadia! Houve alguns pontos divergentes que foram resolvidos. Preciso deixar claro que não há somente a beleza da paisagem, mas também o tratamento pessoal de todos, inclusive do senhor Marcio, que foi prontamente solícito com as tias do café, e a Elisa, que ministrou um momento maravilhoso de massagem relaxante, ouvindo tão somente o som da natureza espetacular. E o que eu posso relatar é que vão viver para sentir!"

La Pousada exige un muy buen estado físico. Llena de escaleras par donde vayas. El personal, muy poco, está más preocupado de cobrar que de servir. Dado su ubicación aislada lo que ofrecen para consumir es pobre y de limitada calidad. El desayuno limitado . La piscina pequeña. El aire acondicionado suena fuerte durante toda la noche. No hay oferta ni consejo turístico. Y el precio es muy alto para lo que es

Lugar precioso, pero experiencia (puntual) algo negativa.

La ubicación es preciosa, y las vistas desde el alojamiento son alucinantes. Las habitaciones y las instalaciones son correctas para estar unos días, pero se quedan algo cortas para estancias largas.

Nuestra experiencia, sin embargo, fue algo negativa. Solo hicimos dos noches, y el segundo día se fue la luz de todo el hotel. Fueron días muy calurosos y no tuvimos aire acondicionado hasta la noche. A pesar de las molestias, no tuvieron ningún detalle con nosotros ni nos compensaron de ninguna manera. ¡Ni siquiera nos invitaron a una bebida o botella de agua! Esto que la experiencia, a pesar de que el sitio es muy bonito y acogedor, fuera algo negativa.

-Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos; -A vista dos quartos é incrível; -Quartos grandes e com ótimas camas; -Banheiros limpos e grandes; -Piscina natural excepcional.

-Localização (fica um pouco longe de restaurantes e da cidade).

Sr Mário Marcio (proprietário) bastante atencioso e bem humorado.

A suíte e o banheiro são espaçosos; A vista de todas as suítes dá para o mar e o jardim; O ar-condicionado super resfria o ambiente; Cama grande e com colchão firme do jeito que eu gosto e a qualidade dos jogos de banho e cama. O café da manhã é bom, apesar dos itens repetidos todos os dias. As áreas comuns são boas: todos os andares possuem poltrona ou rede para os hóspedes; a piscina, apesar de pequena, está sempre limpa e a água não é gelada; pesqueiro e espaço para meditação foram uma excelente ideia para quem vai em busca de paz e tranquilidade. E o cais onde a lancha dos passeios (contratada a parte) pode parar para buscar os hóspedes.

Apesar de ter janela no banheiro, a mesma estava quebrada e não podia ser aberta, o que ao meu ver é um tanto sufocante; O chuveiro estava com umas “coisas” marrons onde sai a água e a ducha do chuveirinho toda mofada. Creio que por mais que pareça irrelevante isso é sinal de que o banheiro como um todo não recebe a devida atenção na hora da higienização. O ar condicionado é um tanto ruidoso, mas super atende ao que é proposto. Creio que os funcionários poderiam receber algum tipo de treinamento em relação à indicação de local para refeição e passeio (indicação de praias, por exemplo). Para todos que perguntamos, nenhum soube dar uma boa referência. O local não é adequado para pessoas com idade avançada e/ou redução de mobilidade e, também para crianças hiperativas, já que a área de lazer só é acessível através de escadas, seguida de rampas, pois o terreno é em declive. A distância do centro também pesa, já que não é acessível a pé. Quem for sem carro, o ônibus comum passa na rua de cima.

Espetacular

Os quantos são grandes e muito limpinho. O banheiro é muito espaçoso. O café da manhã é muito gostozinho, deixa a impressão de que estamos em casa. A funcionários Roberta, tem um atendimento excelente, e o dono é extremamente receptivo com os hóspedes. A pousada fica bem de frente ao mar, mas é um pouquinho longe do centro. Se você deseja descansar, a Pousada é o melhor lugar.

Tudo foi perfeito, mas quando chegamos a primeira funcionária que nos atendeu para fazer o check in, não vou muito receptiva. Mas depois tudo se alegrou com a chegada do Dono.

Local extremamente longe de tudo , se não for de carro não compensa , tbm não gostei do passeio de barco foi bem mais caro que em qualquer outro lugar de Angra além disso as paradas foram muito curtas !
