Good stay for one night

There was a big wardrobe in the room. Decent breakfast including several cakes. A lot of staff.

We found some hairs at the walls in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, very clean, close to Ilha Grande ferries. TINY rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable sheets and beds, highly overpriced.

Not super clean, I saw many cockroaches. blankets were smelling like it was not washed and the breakfast staff was super rude.

Very good location in the center of Angra. Everything you need is near. Nice staff. Clean place.

The rooms are really really small. Breakfast is ok. Nevertheless the room where the breakfast is served is really small too and I needed to wait for a table. The air conditioner is old and very noisy. You can't sleep with it on because it's really loud. It needs to be replaced asap

Recomend your stay, friendly staff, and centric enough

Location was very centric, literally 5 minutes walk from the port to take the boat trips, easy to find... Safe location, (although it is very near the favela area it was very safe to walk around as a Solo Female traveller), staff were very helpful, very close to everything

The wifi at times didn't work, not really a quiet area at night (but it had good night life around) I'm not sure if they didn't close or I didn't know how to close the windows 🤷‍♀️😅

Com pena minha, a não repetir

Os funcionários da recepção realmente muito prestáveis e simpáticos.

A cama tinha um cheiro a humidade que para mim foi insuportável, tive que meter uma tshirt como fronha de almofada e perfume para tentar ignorar. Por mero acaso o lençol soltou-se e tive um vislumbre do colchão… péssimo! Chegada de viagem eu e o meu namorado cheios de picadas que de acordo com o médico de percevejos… O pó no quarto igual, em mesas de cabeceira nas paredes rugosas, armários tudo. Não é nenhum hotel, é uma pousada! e a precisar de muita reforma principalmente nos quartos se forem todos como aquele em que ficámos!

Excelente ubicación y grata estancia

Me gustó la la limpieza, sábanas y toallas blancas, buena habitación, luz, y el baño también limpio e instalaciones adecuadas. desayuno rico, buena ubicación para caminar por la ciudad y a unos minutos del puerto para ir a Angra, nos tocó la habitación del último piso, pero nos ayudaron a cargar con las maletas.

Boa estadia e excelente acomodação.

O quarto é muito confortável, gostei bastante. A localização é excelente e os funcionários são muito solícitos. Cabe ressaltar a variedade e qualidade do café da manhã, estão de parabéns!

A limpeza do quarto estava mais ou menos, principalmente o chão que estava melado e quando andava descalço, os pés ficaram sujos.

Não gostei muito do estacionamento, o hotel por ser no centro dificultou as vagas, mas o hotel sempre se propôs a ajudar com a vaga.
