Best for construction workers or trucking industry, not single females

this hotel was scary for a single female

it was under construction, all dark and I had no idea if it was even safe. I was scared and didn't really sleep all night.

Disappointed

The fact it was advertised with a Restaurant and when checking in find out it isn’t opening. Also can’t walk to any nearby restaurants as there is no footpaths. Truck Park right outside bedroom window. No air con. Dated hotel definitely not 4 stars.

The common corridor was overly perfumed. Luckily, it didn't transfer to the room.

+ The room was quiet during the night; + The staff was friendly; + The hotel is located almost at the BE-FR border and super close to LU; + There is a free parking onsite for guests.

+/- The check-in is possible until 20h00 -- you might need to plan your trip very carefully; - It takes a few minutes to have hot water running from the faucet - you need to wait until cold water is replaced by hot (it's not good because too much water is wasted). Maybe I was that lucky because my room was located almost at the end of the building :) All the rest was great!

Nice room, clean, TV, shower.

We had only 1 towel for each person. The hotel has no territory, only big parking. They have no shampoo for guests, only soap. The breakfast is poor for this price.

Convenient location next to motorway with safe parking for our Orchestra truck. The owner waited up for us to arrive, helped us to take the truck back to the front of her hotel.

Bequeme Übernachtung in versteckter, einsamer Lage

Rezeption war nicht so lange geöffnet wie in booking.com angegeben. Aber zum Glück hat der Nachtportier trotzdem noch den Check-in erlaubt.

Klimaanlage war etwas schwierig zu bedienen um das Zimmer zu heizen.

Ik zou een deel van mijn geld teruggestort moeten krijgen...ik kom daar er os niemand in hotel om mijn kamer te geven...bel ik en wordt aangegeven dat er pas in de nacht rond uur 24.00 zou iemand kunnen zijn omdat zij afwezig waren. Hoe is dit mogelijk ? Ik kon de kamer niet in niet kunnen omkleden voor de feest die ik gepland had. Bij 2e keer bellen wordt gezegd dat Pas rond 22.00-23.00 uur zou weer iemand kunnen zijn. Tja..we vonden het slechtse hotel tot nu toe. Zeker geen 4ster De man was heel erg onvriendelijk en slom...lang wachten dat wij een kamer kregen midden in de nacht...bizaar Ontbijt matig voor de prijs

kamer was in orde, goed bed en douche.

ik was bijna buiten gesloten omdat ik om 22u30 toe kwam ! Een zwarte man was boos dat we na 22u00 nog durven aankomen ! booking.com staat duidelijk dat je binnen kan tot 24u00 ! Waarom is uw personeel NIET op de hoogte. Bovendien was een gast aan het overgeven in zijn kamer, hoeste zich dood en ik kon van het geluids overlast bijna niet slapen. Ik heb dit smorgens gemeld en de zwarte vrouw achter de balie zei dat ze niets aan het managemtn kan vertellen over mijn klachten ! FOUT allemaal ! ook nergens in de kamer te vinden hoe je op de WiFi komt ? werd mij ook niet door de conciërge mede gedeeld !

Personnel agréable, bon petit déjeuner. Lit confortable. Parfait pour cette nuit en étant de passage dans la région. Pas beaucoup de bruit de passage.

un lieu unique où l'on change de pays en quelques mètres de Belgique en France et le Luxembourg ....

ce qui est unique c'est de passer d'un pays - la Belgique - à l'autre entre le lieu de la réception qui est aussi le lieu du petit-déjeuner et du bar et celui de la chambre qui se trouve elle en France .... tout cela en quelques mètres puisque c'est l'ancienne douane entre France et Belgique :-) Bon accueil et calme. J'ai dû un peu chercher pour trouver l'entrée puisque ce n'est pas une rue mais "complexe douanier aubange" ... mais à force j'ai trouvé :-) le petit déjeuner était varié et dans un lieu agréable. à chaque jour nous recevions une bouteille d'eau fraîche bien utile en ce temps de fortes chaleurs ...

trouver un moyen pour avoir une adresse plus facile pour les gps :-)
