Great Value for money

Staff were very helpful. Nice restaurant onsite. Great breakfast. Nice room. Great location and plenty parking close to the door. Will use this location again.

Confortable spacious room-

Excellent for a one night stay or stop over. Good location next to the motorway. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was good. The price was OK, but could always be a bit less for one night!

It was a good value. Check in was smooth.

Our room has bugs. There was previous or current water damage in the bathroom. It looked like it had been painted over. You can still see visible damage.

Nice place to stay but consider eating elsewhere.

Close to main road from Brussels to Luxembourg & ideal for an overnight stop. Plenty of walking opportunities in the hotel vicinity to exercise our dog

Property has been refurbished but the only criticism we would have was the cost of food both in the evening meal & at breakfast. It certainly was not ‘value for money’ in our opinion.

Fair value for overnight stop if you didn’t want to sample the restaurants and bars in the town

Location in the middle of nowhere. Nice hotel but food in restaurant was mediocre. Close to main road so perfect for overnight travellers and those working in Luxembourg

pleasant experience

- the staff: smiling and ready to help - the receptionist was so wonderful- kept her calm with a client which complained about the TV channels - easy to reach - clean - possibility to have breakfast and dinner there - nice breakfast - bar, small corner with stuff for kids to play (to draw, play with cars etc) - great advertising spot with places to visit around Arlon and surroundings

- no pavement on the parking - I understand that now there are some works to extend the hotel, but still - pillows

Enjoyed our stay

Friendly staff. Complimentary water and coffee at the reception area and corridor. Good quality breakfast included. Possibility to have dinner at their restaurant. Bar for drinks. Enough seating area and play area for kids in the lobby. Free and enough parking. Near the highway. Dogs are welcome for 9€ per night. Good quality bed, thank you.

Many road works outside the property. There was a massive power cut in the area, which wasn’t the hotel fault, but there wasn’t any type of emergency energy supplier. Breakfast too basic.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are more than spacious and foreseen of all necessary equipment. The restaurant serves quality food for a fair price. The breakfast is simple but ok.

the appointed double room had an in-room shower whereas the single rooms (which were in fact also doubles) had a separate shower, should have been the other way around
