Pretty good

Ideal location. It was very convenient to walk to wherever i planned to visit in Arlon

Some noise at night. I think a drunk client that disturbed somehow. It took sometime to get them to keep quiet

The noise from room above or under our room. They moved chairs and was really loud. Pillow was terrible , floor was not clean. No towel in the room when we arrived.

The room was clean, location was great. Right next to an Aldi for any groceries. Nice walk to the centre. Not a far drive from Luxembourg!

The kitchen door to access the bin had a very loud creaking sound when opened. There was no bathing soap for the shower. The dining area was a bit small, but managable for a small family

Dirty, walls and floor covered with stains. There was a double door with spiderwebs, and dry onion peels. The room smelled like a mix of tobacco and baked beans. They offer 1 towel per week. Which is not good if you shower more than once a day...

Reservation was not respected by the hotel. They offered a less good room and made us a discount.

Breakfast was value for money and location was good.

Our reservation was not respected. We had a reservation code and the hotel said they did not receive our reservation. Therefore the room that we booked was not available. They offered another room that was less good and frankly needed renovation, especially the walls were very dirty. We accepted the room because we had no other choice and they made a discount for us for the breakfast and the parking. This is not a pleasant experience when you are on holidays.

Close to the train station. You can pay for a private parking for only 4€/day. 2 supermarkets are 5 min walking. It had washdisher

From 9pm to 6am it is forbidden to make noise. Quite restrictive.

It’s closed to the supermarket.

The surrounding of this hotel looks a bit dodgy and unsafe. There are foreign working labors to live in the hotel. I was awake in de midnight from the noise of bunch of hard talking men and the smell of the drugs through my window…

It is practical accommodation with no frills.

The property location was good only a short walk into town. Our apartment was nice but the hotel was untidy.

The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment which it required as was a little bit tired. The floors were dirty as the workers or staff had not clean up fully at the end of the day. Things like old light fitting were just laid in the hallways and not tidied away.

The size of the apartment was great. Basic facilities were OK. The staff was friendly.

Old, tired, and not very clean. Stains on the carpet, curtains were old and faded. The furniture was basic and old. It felt like going back in time.

Location not ideal for most but OK for me as I was only visiting L'Entrepot. Very little in the immediate vacinity.
