Ideal location. It was very convenient to walk to wherever i planned to visit in Arlon

Some noise at night. I think a drunk client that disturbed somehow. It took sometime to get them to keep quiet

Well apportioned apartment with excellent view over the city. Good kitchen.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was lovely to have a kitchenette.

They gave us a standard instead of a deluxe room. We arrived late and were tired, I was sharing with my son and he was okay with the room so we didn't complain. We were asleep when a member of staff woke us about midnight speaking only French. I am English but speak a little French. He wanted us to change rooms and I repeatedly said that we were okay but he'd woken us up and could he speak slower as I'm English. I complained to the receptionist on leaving and direct to the hotel.
