Breakfast was okay, the hotel looked clean and had the basic needs.

Despite confirming a babybed would be ready in our room there wasn't. The receptionist working that morning was not friendly and looked annoyed when we asked if we could book last miuute breakfast.

a chain hotel that definitely spoiled the impression of this chain: the staff (well, as staff, one person who is a bartender, a cook, and a receptionist) communicates only in French, and then your problems. cleanliness and at least non-perforated bed linen - no, they didn’t hear it. ventilation in the room should work not only for heating - but does this happen. contact the staff - read first: wait until your turn comes and try to explain everything. no one in this hotel thought about an elementary type of outlet. fear and horror

Disappointing

The hotel appeared to be a typical Ibis. It was a relief to get there after a long drive.

There was no warning that we had booke for a French public holiday. The restaurant was closed. The room had not been properly cleaned. The waste bin was full. There were marks on the towels. The breakfast was the worst i have had in an Ibis. The website shows fresh fruit salad and selection of cereals. These were not provided.

It's like an "ibis budget", the bathroom was full of dark mold. Firstly we were given a room that was like a smoking area. When we asked for another room, the receptionist was not surprised because she tried to add the wrong room, maybe we don't say anything.

Breakfast was good but on the hottest night of the year there was no air conditioning working ….. the fan was turning but blowing out hot air. We had to have the windows open which meant a lot of noise and being bitten by mosquitoes was not a pleasant experience

Waste of money and unpleasant.

There was a carpark.

The shower room was appalling, paint peeling off walls and shower tray heavily marked, toilet bowl was stained. Bedroom wall was so thin that we could hear every word spoken in the next room who had the TV on throughout the night, even the cost hangers being moved in the wardrobe. Room was cold. We felt pressed to have the full 25 euro meal when we didn't want it. We complained to Ibis when we were back home and have heard nothing back. We will not be staying in a Ibis hotel again.

Acceuil et professionnalisme du personnel

Pas de chauffage dans l'hotel en hivers avec des températures extérieur proche de 1°C. On nous a mis à disposition un petit appareil de chauffage mais nous avons eu froid. Aussi manque d'équipement (bouilloire, etc...). 2 prises electriques et une chambre pas digne d'un prix élevé. Bref tres déçu. Fuyez ne perdez pas votre argent dans cet établissement. C'est un manque de respect auprès de la clientel de faire des tarifs aussi élevé pour de tel prestations.

Il n’y avait pas de chauffage. Il n’y avait rien, pas même un verre en carton pour se laver les dents. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas.

Payé le prix d'une chambre avec un grand lit pour me retrouver avec deux petits lits dont la largeur et celle de la couette ne sont même pas suffisantes pour un enfant de 10 ans. Inacceptable !!!
