Location molto bella e agreste immersa nel verde vista lago spettacolare piscina piccola ma lettini confortevoli Accessori cucina completi come per il bagno (phon spugne/asciugamani e sapone etc)

non è che non mi sia piaciuto ma per chi sceglie questa struttura deve accettare di fare qualche gradino in piu' e seguire attentamente le indicazioni, per l'altro molto precise - video, fornite dalla titolare per raggiungere il posto se no si rischia di sbagliare strada e qui le strade non sono larghe ;-)

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einen alten gemauerten Haus am Berg und man hat von dort einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Comer See. Die Küche ist recht klein, aber normale Gerichte konnten dort gut zubereitet werden. Über den Tag empfiehlt es sich die Fensterläden zur Temperaturregelung geschlossen zu halten, was das Wohnzimmer ziemlich dunkel macht, aber tagsüber waren wir eigentlich immer unterwegs. Die gesamte Gartenanlage und der Bereich um den Pool sind schön angelegt. Die Anfahrt ist wirklich nicht leicht zu finden, aber wir haben vorab ein Video von Anastasia erhalten, in dem man die Strecke sieht, die zu wählen ist.

Unsere Appartment lag im obersten Stock und zu unsere Terrasse mussten wir somit alles heruntertragen. Das letzte Stück war eine steile Schräge mit Steinen. Nicht ganz so einfach, wenn man die Hände voll hat. Treppenstufen wären hier sicher vorteilhafter.

For us the location was great. It is in a quiet area of lake Como but close enough to everything that if you have a car it is convenient. The value of this apartment on the property is that you have your own private terrace. Other apartments don't have that so we could have our breakfast outside without too much moving. . The host is helpful and if you need anything a quick whatsapp and she will fix it.

The rooms have a fan but no airco. This means in summer the rooms can get hot. We slept with the windows open and that made it ok. There was no reaction on the communication through the booking app but once I reached out directly everything was smooth.

Emplacement idéal. Proche du lac.
