The location of the building and how beautiful it was
Our prestige room was so small as was the bathroom , there was no space to unpack our cases and not enough plug sockets in the room

The staff of the Royal Victoria were outstanding. We loved the central location and lack views.
A bit pricey.

the staff was amazing! reception was always so helpful and kind. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Room was a great sie and comfortable. Plenty of room for all of our luggage and clothes to hang.
There were a few things we had to ask to be replenished in our room, shower gel and tissues. the last night there was no hot water in the shower
