Beautiful stay and perfect location, but breakfast service needs improvement. We recently stayed at Hotel Olivedo and had a wonderful experience overall. The property itself is beautiful and the views are absolutely awesome. You truly cannot beat the great location with a direct lake view, which made our mornings and evenings incredibly special. The only downside to our stay was the service during breakfast. While the rest of the staff was lovely, one Chinese waitress at breakfast was not kind and not friendly at all. Her attitude felt very stuck up, which unfortunately cast a bit of a shadow on an otherwise amazing dining setting. If management can address the hospitality issues at breakfast, this hotel would be a flawless 10/10. I would still highly recommend it for the stunning views and perfect location!

Good location, near ferry pier, 10mins walk to villas. Staff were very helpful and friendly. With private carpark. With air conditioner. Price can be higher in peak season.

First of, we loved the breakfast spread at the hotel (the croissants were good). Also, the staff was really friendly and kind. Loved our hotel - especially the view from our room. The only issues I could think of are: 1) the elevator. It was slow and a bit scary - although understandable in Italy, and 2) the noise coming from tourists lining up at the ferry going to Bellagio. It's right outside the hotel and most of the time, the lines are long. The area gets congested. At night though, when it really matters, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet.

Staff was very helpful. The room was comfy, but quite traditional. The view from the room was exceptional.
