    Seven Park hotel is located in a stunning part of Lake Como, at the north tip of the lake. The rooms, facilities, restaurant, bar and staff are wonderful. However, it's location provides problems. Situated in Colico at the foot of Monte Legnone, the weather differs from the rest of the lake (for our stay anyway). Whilst sunny with clouds in Como, Varenna and Bellagio, there was torrential rain in Colico. Transport was also an issue. Being at the north tip of the lake meant extended ferry times. This is countered slightly by the train station being 5 minutes away from the hotel. Trains every hour to Varenna provide a platform to explore the rest of the lake via ferry. So, in conclusion, Seven Park hotel is lovely and value for money. It's just in the wrong place for exploring and the weather!

    satisfied and happy with my stay. quiet place , very relaxing and with a delicious breakfast . will recommend and will go back again.
