Tolle, große und moderne Wohnung. Perfekte Lage direkt am See und im Ortskern gelegen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und haben die Lage sehr geschätzt. Der Service ist auch sehr gut!

Die Anlage ist nicht sehr familienfreundlich. Es gibt einige Wohnungseigentümer, die sich über Kinder im Pool oder Spielen im Garten beschweren. Als Familie fühlt man sich nicht wirklich willkommen dort. Die Kombination aus Ferien- und Eigentumswohnungen scheint nicht so gut zu funktionieren. Wirklich sehr schade, vor allem für den Preis!

Clean, modern, new, access to lovely swimming pool with lovely view of mountains and lake como. 5 min walk to Colico town centre and beache(s). Spacious, including access to south-west facing front garden where one could enjoy eating as a family in the sun/sunset, and also a back garden as well.

Because the apartment is within a community of other home-owners/local residents - they can be a bit fussy if you have children who want to play and jump in the pool. Children need to be almost silent, particularly with one particular resident (lady with mirrored blue sun glasses!). They don't like balls or inflatables in the pool (against the rules they have made and documented). When the local residents are using the pool, feels like a fussy retirement community. But that is only for a hour or so a day in the late afternoon/early evening.

The appartement itself was very good and of high quality. The location is close to the lake, but not very inspiring. There is a communal pool which in itself is nice.

What was very tedious and dissappointing was the checkin procedure and the communication with the company renting this place out. They were unfriendly, unhelpfull, and after a very long process we could enter. This process should be optimized, because this does not feel holiday-friendly (online platform for checkin with passpoort pictures front and back, family info, deposit payment, receiving info on key-box hard to find, finding the appartement, info on the appartement).
