To be honest, this property exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming us with a big smile. The food was really good, and when I asked for a late check-out, they gladly accommodated my request. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
I couldn’t find anything significant to complain about. My stay was excellent from start to finish

It is very closed to the famous places you can go by foot, but also to the public transportation.

Excellent stay with great value for money. The location is perfect and convenient, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the internet connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable experience that offers outstanding value for the price.

Location was fantastic, staff were very kind and helpful. They checked in several times about whether there was anything they could improve which was nice, but the issue was mostly in advertising so didn't have much to say.
The hotel itself is fine, just not quite what it's advertised to be. Certainly closer to a hostel in ambiance and amenities than appears from their website or reviews. Rooms are quite small with no real space to sit/be besides the bed, wifi doesn't really work, and everything feels a little run down.
