I like the location of the hotel (( at the alfateh square )). every thing you can find. near alot of famous area in istanbul . I like the staff of the hotel like Mr.((nadim))who work in the reciption and also ((salma)) which work at the resturant in 6 floor. every thinh excptional in the hotel.

Nadeem gave us excellent customer service, and Salma looked after us during our stay. Both very friendly. Plenty of recommendations, and helped with any problems we had. Recommend them both if you have any problems.
Better service in the rooms.
