    This is one of my favourite hotels in Istanbul. 😍 The location is amazing, super central and close to tons of shops, restaurants and different means of public transport. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful, in particular Amin, Toğrul and Fehmi! 👏 The rooms in which I stayed were clean, had comfy beds, hot showers and working aircon - that's all it takes to make me happy! 😃 Some rooms even have a nice view. ☺️ Breakfast in the morning has plenty of choices, it's all good! 👍 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's on a budget but wants a central hotel with clean rooms and nice staff!

    I stayed in the family room at Viva Deluxe Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite good with a nice variety. One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide an iron for guests, and the laundry/ironing service can be quite expensive compared to nearby options. It would be great if they could offer an iron in the room or a shared ironing area for convenience. Overall, still a great choice for comfort and service.

    The hotel is located in good area, close to Sirkeci tram station and marmaray station, however, the quality and services has been declined compared with previous years, the furnitures and towels need to be changed immediately, no water /tissues/tea and coffee are provided in the rooms, also it's difficult to sleep at night, you can hear people talking from other rooms, I recommend for short stay only.
