Excellent stay overall with a very caring, professional, and attentive staff who made our experience in Istanbul even better.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Every time something needed attention, the team reacted immediately and made sure everything was resolved as soon as possible.
