We had a wonderful stay at Elisa Hotel Istanbul. We booked two rooms and both were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly which made our stay even more enjoyable and the beds were very comfortable ensuring a good night sleep. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless throughout our visit.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel location is outstanding, just a 4 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia making it the perfect base for exploring Istanbul’s historic attractions.
We would highly recommend Elisa Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would happily stay here again.

Excellent location and super friendly staff. I travelled with my family and we had two rooms. In one of the rooms the bed frame was broken so we were moved to a different, bigger room, which was greatly appreciated.
A few little things could be done to make the staying even more pleasant. Bed frame was broken, air con not working and with cables exposed, the shower tap not working unless you apply a lot of pressure. Nothing that spoiled our stay, but minor things that wouldn’t take too long to fix and make the guests even more satisfied.
