    We booked balcony appartment - although the view from our balcony wasnt great (back area of building) but the appartment itself was good clean and at a good location

    I was assigned a room in the basement and it reeked of dampness, had flies everywhere. Requested for a change of room and was asked to top up extra for it even though the room was practically not liveable
