Highly Recommended! My experience at this hotel was fantastic. Big thanks to Uğur and Osman for their amazing hospitality. The team is incredibly polite and helpful; they treat you like family, and whatever you ask for, they make it happen right away. It really feels like home. The location is unbeatable, only 5 minutes away from the sea and the Sultanahmet Mosque, and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. It's a very calm and comfortable environment to relax in, and the prices are great for the quality provided. I’m definitely coming back again!

This hotel honestly exceeded all of our expectations, especially for the price. Everything was incredibly clean from the moment we arrived, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. Everyone at the reception was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We were traveling with three young children, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every time we asked for something, they helped us without hesitation. They also gave us great recommendations on places to visit, where to eat, and how to get around Istanbul, which made our first trip to the city so much easier. The room was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the family. It was fully equipped with cookware, plates, cutlery, and appliances, and everything worked perfectly. Fresh towels, clean bed linens, and toiletries were always available, and the housekeeping standards were excellent, with wifi in all floors wich was good. What really stood out was how much the staff genuinely cared about their guests. They made us feel at home, and that made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to them, our trip to Turkey was even better than we had imagined. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially families with children. We had such a wonderful experience that our kids were asking if we could come back before we had even left. Without a doubt, this is a 10/10 stay, and we will definitely book here again if we return to Istanbul.

La ubicación está muy bien. Puedes ir andando hasta la plaza de Sultanahmet en unos 15-20 minutos, paseando por calles con multitud de establecimientos hosteleros, tiendas, supermercados, ...

Antes de leer el resto, ten en cuenta que es un lugar con un precio muy ajustado y que eso puede ser lo que justifique todo lo que expongo a continuación. Pero a lo mejor te interesa pagar algo más y tener un mejor servicio. El problema de este establecimiento es que necesita de un mantenimiento del que carece. Con un mínimo de ganas y sin apenas dinero, se podría mejorar mucho. Digo esto porque no quiero perjudicar al establecimiento, pero si darle mi visión como usuario, por si les pudiera servir. La habitación está literalmente inclinada. No exagero nada. Si colocas una canica en un extremo rueda hasta el otro. La puerta del cuarto de baño está totalmente descolgada del marco por el gozne superior, por lo que la puerta para cerrarla debes elevarla. El mueble del cuarto de baño está sujeto por dos tornillos de los 4 que tiene. Y son los dos del mismo lado por lo que cada vez que lo abres, corres el riesgo de que se caiga. La ducha tiene medio aplique colocado para que salga el agua por una alcachofa sujeta a la pared, ¡¡¡ pero no tiene tubería que le lleve agua !!! Hay un difusor de mano que es tan corto que alguien como yo de 1.70 , se tiene que agachar para enjuagarse la cabeza. Hay un espacio común que aparece en la publicidad como cocina de uso común. Los armarios están, aunque sin prácticamente utensilios aparte de muchos platos. Hay un hormillo eléctrico con dos resistencias. Una no funciona y está en general hecho polvo. Hay dos mesas para comer al aire libre. Carecen de luz, por lo que si lo usas para cenar, comes casi casi en penumbra. Había dos calentadores de agua. Uno no funcionaba. El segundo desapareció y no volvimos a saber de él. Pedí el primer día toallas, porque no había en la habitación. Eran las 14:30 más o menos. Estaban en la lavandería. Las volví a pedir a la 18:00. Estaban en la lavandería. Las pedía las 23:00. Estaban en la lavandería. Me las dieron a las 8:00 del día siguiente.
