As for the location of the accommodation — 10/10. Everything is nearby and well connected. Breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30 is exceptionally good, and the coffee and tea as well. The hosts are very kind and genuinely good people. We talked so much that our whole stay remained in an exceptionally good memory. Not a single complaint — simply everything was perfect. Big greetings to my man from Palestine if he’s reading this.

We liked the service provided by wonderful hotel employees, they always suggested us to have some tea at the hall or in the room itself. Their hospitality, support, help was provided EVERY time when we asked for it - we appreciated it very much, and are grateful for it. Thank you so much! The breakfast was also good, I enjoyed the olives, plates with cheese, eggs, but it always was the same, so on the 5th day we were kind of tired of repeated options. Nevertheless it was always tasty. The room service was good as well. In general it is the people, the hotel staff working there who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. And the location of the hotel is great, every popular destination is not far and quite reachable in short period of time, whether you walk on foot or use public transport. The room has a TV, kettle, wardrobe, bedside table, fridge. And also a great thank you to the hotel staff - we were in a hurry to get on the plane at check-out and forgot to hand over one of the keys. It's good that we were returning via Istanbul and were able to hand over the key on the way back. The hotel staff has been in touch with us all these days and was understanding of the situation, waiting for the moment when we were able to return the key. You still need to look for such good-natured, open-minded people as the hotel staff! We are very grateful for your warmth, you have made our stay special!💜

One of the disadvantages of the hotel is the outdated number of rooms. Periodically, something did not work properly in our room: the water in the toilet was leaking (we had to constantly adjust the barrel so that the water would stop), it was quite noisy, and sometimes water leaked in the shower after washing in it. The room is small and there is a bed all over the room. A table with a chair would be nice, but there's nowhere to put it. There are no batteries, but there is an air conditioner to warm the room. Once we couldn't open the door with either a magnetic key or a regular one. But the hotel staff dealt with this issue fairly quickly and helped us.

The staff was amazing. They helped us out with anything we needed.

The location was perfect and also the room was decent.

The room was kinda small with a sink next to the bed and outside the window there was noise coming from the aircondition units. The parking provided by the hotel was in an area that didn't look safe and the breakfast was slightly limited in option.
