The best hotel I highly recommend it clean familiar respectful place very nice staff great location nothing to say negatively
    5.2 / 10·Oct 2026
I was shocked to find that the housekeeping staff used a sharp metal safety pin to attach the duvet cover to the duvet inside my bed. This is an unacceptable and extremely dangerous practice for any hotel. If the pin had opened during the night, it could have easily caused serious or even life-threatening injuries, such as deep punctures. Furthermore, an unsterilized pin poses a severe risk of infection or blood poisoning if it breaks the skin. Using metal pins in a bed shows a complete lack of professionalism and a total disregard for guest safety. I highly recommend the management review their housekeeping procedures immediately before a guest gets seriously hurt. Otherwise, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bedding was clean.
