Very disappointing — completely different from the pictures
I stayed at this hotel for two days, and unfortunately, the hotel was absolutely not as described. The pictures on the website look very nice, but the actual condition was completely different.
When I arrived, I was given a key and went to my room. The bed, bedsheets and pillow cover were very dirty, with strong yellow stains. There was also a yellow-looking stain/material stuck to the blanket. The floor was dirty and had cigarette filters on it. The kettle was also extremely dirty and there was no glass provided.
I was very upset, so I took the blanket down to reception and showed it to them. They gave me another blanket and pillow cover and told me to change them myself. However, they said they had no clean bedsheets available because they were coming back from the laundry the next day.
The shower was another problem. The shower head was broken and leaking towards the back, and the shower head holder was also broken, so it could not hold the shower head properly.
The next morning, I spoke to a different member of staff at reception and explained everything. I asked them to clean the room and fix the shower, but I was told that they do not clean rooms every day and only clean them once every three days. I was also told that my room had already been cleaned the previous day, which was difficult to understand considering the condition I found it in.
Another major issue was the bed. They had placed two single beds side by side to make one large bed, but the beds were not secured together. During the night, they kept moving apart, leaving a gap in the middle where you could actually get stuck.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The condition of the room, cleanliness, broken facilities and lack of proper customer service were far below what I expected. The hotel looks much better in the online pictures than it actually is. I would not recommend staying here and would definitely not stay here again.

The room is airy but has very bad insulation. Sheets and pillow cases are with a lot of stain. Bathroom always has a very nasty smell, furniture and interior are showing signs of tear and wear despite being “newly innovated”
Staff are nice tho
