    Its really a good staff and i love the room there it was really beautiful, even the hotel near to the tramway and the metro station , much love to them

    Very bad receptionist who prevent to make breakfast and he never achieved the time of breakfast. When i blamed him, he shout me and need to call a police

    The room is booked is not the same size as I have booked .I suppose to have 25 meters room but the one the giveme ferry small like 15 meters ot even less. Also the room is not clean alote of damp, curtains is not clean , i have to ask for every essential stafe it suppose be checked before we arrive like hand wash, towels, tv not working, fridge is not working, the internet is very very slow, not even the sample stafe like tea or coffee or cups.i had to ask for all of that. Only the good things is the staff are good and respect and location is good. I am asking the hotel manager to refund my money back still waiting for a solution
