    We recently stayed at your hotel and had very pleasant experience. Facility was ok but profesionalizm of staff (especially Eren) was second to none. Other two gentlemen's were super friendly too. As well lady in kitchen (don't know her name). She even prepared us sandwiches as we left to airport 7 am. If we ever come again to Istanbul we will happily stay at your hotel again.     as this was my 4th visit and found them best out of previous booked hotel. I wanted to knock off half star but since no option it will be unfair taking whole star off, reason air con was not working first night and second for 2 hours and 3rd night it was working fine. Breakfast was fantastic and highly recommend to book hotel with breakfast to avoid touristy charges elsewhere. Professional staff and polite, room was kept clean and bed made.

    Our stay started on first day of Ramadan, we requested to have breakfast early they created plates for us however there was not a substantial amount of protein / food. 1 boiled egg, couple pieces of cheese, 2 small slices of a meat, 2 cucumber slices and 2 tomato wedges, some kind of pasta salad, orange (2nd and 3rd day), 4 slices of bread for 2 people. When fasting for approximately 12 hours your morning meal is critical. Our last morning breakfast service was the worst. We asked for tea, something to drink and we were given hot water with no tea, we used water to wash our fingers. The staff seemed annoyed and bothered that we requested something to drink. Sign on wall saying no food allowed in your room. However a small refrigerator is in the room. Hospitality was not high on the list of priorities. The cleaning lady did a great job and or room was very tidy. Location was good, close to city and the terrace had a pretty view. I wouldn't recommend this hotel during Ramadan or prepare to have breakfast with you.
