Had a wonderful time! The staff is really welcoming, accommodating and lovely to talk to after a day exploring Istanbul. If there was any issues or questions, they provided us with good service. The location is perfect: near a lot of tourist attractions, trams and the metro. It’s located in a quiet street so a nice place to rest. The breakfast is nice, there’s a lot of options.
The room is a bit small, the walls are thin and the floor is a bit dirty. We had some issues with the toilet. Perfect for a short stay but wouldn’t necessarily recommend for long stays.

The hotel had attentive staff who were quick to respond to our needs. The room was clean and nice with room service always arriving on time. The hotel was nice and acceptable based on our standards and criteria.
Honestly the breakfast was not very delicious compared to the other hotels we visited in Ankara or Konya. Furthermore, the location is slightly noisy and some tourists may not enjoy that. Overall nothing terribly wrong with this hotel.

I liked everything in this hotel, the reception guys are very helpful, always smiling and you just feel the positive vibes the second you enter to this hotel. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very generous and location perfect. From now on I'll always stay in this hotel every time I visit Istanbul.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was really good, everything was fresh and nice coffee with plenty of bread and fruits to pick from.
The toilet smelled like cigarettes
