Communication with the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment was very clean, and the amenities were great. It's close to the Galata Tower. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. They provide complimentary coffee, tea, and water.

When I arrived, I thought they had given me the wrong room because I thought we were supposed to have a view of the river. I remembered booking the “deluxe room,” thinking it would be the one with the view, but it turned out I had actually booked a room without a view, so I can’t really comment on that. The truth is that the location is fine. The area is a 13-minute walk from the Galata Tower, which isn’t bad, but the only downside is that on the street where the apartment is located, there are a lot of hardware and construction supply stores, which close at night and make it a very dark and lonely street. It’s not very pleasant, but at least you’re close by.

L'emplacement est parfait. On peut tout faire a pieds. Le logement est tres bien pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Un micro onde serait appréciable.

Le propriétaire est très réactif et très prévenant, nous sommes restés 3 semaines et lorsque nous manquions de quelques choses, nous l’avions dans les 30 min. La terrasse est super agréable et l’appartement super cosy, avec tous les équipements.

Il faudrait changer le matelas.

It is 13 minutes walking from Galata Tower, with steep hills (to be taken into account). The view from the terrace is nice specially at sunset. The bed is comfortable and the person that writes to you via WhatsApp is nice. It is spacious.

At first I was a bit concerned as the name states this is a hotel but it is not, it more like an AirBnb. The person in charge contacts you via WhatsApp and gives you the keys in front of a paint store, or leaves you the keys with the cashier of a convenience store in the corner of the building. The area is a bit shady and the entrance is located in a “dark” alley so I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND for women travelling alone as you will not feel safe. As this is not a hotel, there is no room cleaning during your stay. The room with a terrace is in the fourth floor without an elevator so it is important you consider this when you book as you will need to climb 4 floor with luggage for example. It is 7/10 clean.
