    Gem hotel in Istanbul. Very good location, walking distance to the Bosporus, and Galata tower. Easy to access the public transport but I enjoy more just walking to all sites. Room is nice and clean, size is good. It is abit hard to go the forth floor for breakfast but the morning view is just amazing and worth the little effort. The food is authentic Turkish breakfast, yummy stuff. Hotel people are just so friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great experience.

    Pros - Clean spacious room, supportive staff, decent location, not very close to loud areas like istiklal street but still close enough to be able to cover in walking distance Cons - no lift, breakfast was not that good

    Its a small four floors hotel. No elevator (higher floors not recommended for elders and disabled). Top floor has restaurant with amazing city view. Clean room equipped with clean bedding, towels, tea, coffee, toilettries, hair dryer, fridge, drinking water, tv, wifi. No iron and microwave though. Bathroom was clean but one of the shower doors was missing and bidet was a bit leaky (I dnt mind that for one or two nights stay). Check in and check out was an ease. We were checked in couple of hours early, thanks to the owner. Location was 5-7mins walk to Galata tower and 10mims to karakoy pier. Over all I recommend this place, if you dnt mind small things what i mentioned.

    I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The hotel was generally very unclean. The kitchen and dining area were extremely dirty, and there were no basic necessities such as tissues or drinking water. The tables and floors were also not cleaned properly. The bathroom and toilet in the room were also quite dirty. On top of that, the receptionist was often sleeping. When I went out in the morning after breakfast, I saw the receptionist sleeping at the reception desk. When I went out for dinner in the evening, the receptionist was also sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Otel genel olarak hiç temiz değil. Mutfak ve yemek alanı çok kirliydi; peçete, su gibi temel ihtiyaçlar bile yoktu. Masalar ve zemin de temizlenmiyordu. Odadaki banyo ve tuvalet de oldukça kirliydi. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki görevli sürekli uyuyordu. Sabah kahvaltıdan sonra dışarı çıktığımda resepsiyondaki görevlinin uyuduğunu gördüm. Akşam yemeği için dışarı çıktığımda da lobideki koltukta uyuyordu. Genel olarak temizlik ve hizmet açısından hiç memnun kalmadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
