    This hotel doesn't qualify as a five star hotel at all. After checking in we were very disappointed and felt very uncomfortable there since we were expecting a five star hotel. The rooms were small, beds small and uncomfortable and bathrooms smelly. We told the owner that we are leaving and if he could reimburse us but he referred us to Agoda. We booked a new real five star hotel again with Agoda (what a difference!) and left. After filing our complaint, Agoda claimed it's up to the owner if we get reimbursed and they would get back to me which they did not do in time. After reminding them we received the answer that no compensation through the owner and no compensation or credit through Agoda will be given. It's definitely Agodas fault here to rate this hotel as a five star hotel and we as loyal and frequent customers of Agoda are very disappointed
