The location is honestly amazing, close to everything. The room spacious amd clean. Bed firm and comfortable. Water in shower super hot. Shower pressure could be improved. The room does not come equipped with kitchen items. The room service was actually DELICIOUS!!! I ordered it often.

    Nice location
    8 / 10Excellent·Feb 2026
The room was semi-basement and located right next to the reception. Although it was cleaned, the room felt damp, had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and had no window with natural light. Because of the location, all check-in and check-out noise was clearly audible, including late at night and early morning. The reception is staffed 24 hours, but the staff’s phone calls and conversations could be heard clearly inside the room. The most disturbing part was that a staff member had a long conversation with a guest at a very loud volume throughout the night. At around 3 a.m., I went out to ask them to be quiet, and the response was “Am I bothering you?”, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, the lack of sound insulation and professionalism made it impossible to rest, and I would not recommend this room.

In center of town Room located in the room full of handleless stairs. Must carry one’s luggage up 7 flights of stairs. Stairs are super steep with no handrail. Very dim staircase. Customer can fell to their death descending and get a heart attack ascending. Nice to come out alive, a miracle.
