They were very helpful with parking and food. I hadn't seen this level of friendliness and satisfaction in the hotels I'd stayed at before, but here I received more than enough attention and care. They upgraded my room for free, and the room they gave me was very nice. Everything was sufficient; I didn't encounter any problems. I recommend them to everyone.

Es war sauber; das Einzige, was in dem Zimmer fehlte, war eine Küche, ansonsten war alles perfekt.

The staff were helpful in every way; you could even recommend the hotel to the staff. They gave us a larger room than the one we booked, and they provided it to us free of charge. We were very satisfied; the rooms were clean. Thank you, Oğuzhan.

Le camere sono decisamente migliori di quelle nelle foto, lo consiglio vivamente. Vorremmo ringraziare il signor Oğuzhan, che si è preso cura di noi dal nostro arrivo fino alla partenza. Ci ha aiutato con le valigie, ha ordinato i pasti e ci ha assistito in tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Avevamo richiesto la pulizia giornaliera e l'hanno effettuata. Le camere erano già molto pulite. C'è una leggera pendenza. A parte questo, non c'è altro da aggiungere. Hotel fantastico. Il personale delle pulizie ci ha aiutato con il lavaggio dei vestiti. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.
