    Great service and anything you need, just to ask the reception. Location is near the main road and Taksim square. Facilities and in room furniture need fixing. Cleanliness to be improved but did not find any insects which is good. Wi-fi is quite weak and cut time to time. Overall it is ok, you get what you paid for.

    Issue with some bugs but hotel is good, they should take measure because it is a pity, staff very friendly and cooperative, they changes our room but still they were bugs

    The hotel’s location is convenient, as it is within walking distance of Istiklal Street, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier because our room was already available. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues: * The metal bed frame made loud creaking noises with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to sleep. We informed the reception and asked if it could be repaired or replaced, but no action was taken during our stay. * The hotel has no elevator, and the narrow spiral staircase leading to the upper floors feels unsafe, especially when carrying luggage. During our stay, a child from the room opposite ours actually fell down the stairs, which highlighted the safety risk. * The Wi-Fi was one of the biggest problems. The connection was very slow and frequently disconnected, making it unsuitable for anyone who needs a stable internet connection for work or video calls. * Although the reservation was for two guests, only one towel was provided when we checked in. * There was also a lot of noise from other guests, including loud arguments and children playing in the corridors, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, the location and friendly reception staff were the main positives, but the poor maintenance, unreliable Wi-Fi, safety concerns regarding the staircase, and lack of response to reported issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
