    A nice room for the price, it worths the money that I have spent. Lose one point for the sound proofing, the windows need maintenance to prevent the external noise. Overall, it was a satisfactory.

    We had a wonderful stay at this place with our children. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the family-friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Our children particularly enjoyed the amenities, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout our visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and local transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

    The hotel location is surrounded by local equipment shops. However, it is the middle of the pier, the tram and the sky train. It is convenient to travel other parts of Istanbul. I would recommend you to use train from the airport it can easily reach the hotel. It is not close the train but you can walk. The hotel has a great view but it depends which floor level you are. I stayed at the top of the building I can see the galata bridge and galata tower from my window.

    Staff was not friendly toward guests, very hard to communicate with language barriers. We had conflict and arguments with staff during stay, even questioned guests to show passport when you walked to the other floor. Eventually the hotel public area is too small when you need to find some way to sit privately is very difficult, the lift was really small to fit 1 people with 1 luggage only. The standard pratise of hotel is to perform daily tidy up, but the hotel didn't do it for our first night (maybe we need to hang the make up sign on door?). The only satisfactory was the room condition is cleaned.
