    Overall, the hotel provides a good value in terms of its location and breakfast on a roof-top-restaurant provided. The staffs are also very helpful for everything. The only thing is this hotel is still using a 300M to-C broadband and router with wireless mesh wifi. TBH the performance and speed can hardly handle the need for a small family, not even to mention a whole hotel. The WiFi is barely usable with ~2G performance. Never even think to use it to watch video, stream or video call. What makes it worse is the devastating price of visitor SIM in turkey. If I should give one advice to the hotel, it will be to upgrade your WiFi infrastructure. The only reasons for the 4-star review and 2-star facility is because of that and no more others.

    Hotel situated just beside the blue mosque We had booked a triple room to have separate beds and a larger room but when we arrived the manager said he was upgrading us. The upgrade was to a smaller room, with a double bed with a balcony, up 4 flights of stairs with no lift and a leaking air conditioning system! We explained we wanted separate beds and that the 4 flights of stairs were difficult for me. We were given a small room with 2 single beds on the first floor, there was hardly any room for my husband to pray. I do not know why we did not get the original triple room that I had booked and paid for beforehand but the manager was so nice we didn't want to make more of a fuss. Apart from that the hotel is pleasa t, the staff extra nice and the breakfast is very good.
