i like it, they clean everyday, they are so sweet and approachable.

I had a very pleasant stay at White Monarch Hotel. After a long flight, the staff kindly helped me with an early check-in, which I really appreciated. One of the senior staff members was especially helpful, welcoming, and kind. Excellent hospitality and customer service. Highly recommended!

very nice to stay

This has been by far in all of my years of traveling, THE WORST EXPERIENCE of My Life!!! This hotel is so gloomy, outdated, dirty, unpleasant, unsanitary, non-accommodating, Unfriendly, I’ve ever stayed in!!! The rooms are nothing like they seem online, I initially was placed in room ***, the room was extremely small, smelled like cigarettes, very smelly, extremely dirty, looks like they hadn’t swept or moped the room in days, the bed sheets looked dirty, the walls had stains of blood like marks, kind of red ish brown. The bathroom was so small, the shower was FILTHY!!! The shower floor had grime, the sink had mold all around the boarder, the shower handle was extremely rusted!!! NOT TO MENTION, on the second night, I kept complaining to my mom that something kept biting me all over my body, and it turns out, the bed had BED BUGS!!!! I immediately grabbed all my belongings and went to the front desk at 4/4:30am, to notify the stay, the one person on overnight shift was the ONLY nice person to have any kind of empathy and consideration and took immediate action in changing my room to room ***, which sadly was a complete down grade from the room I initially purchased!!! I was told to come back in the morning to switch to a room that I paid for, and when I came back to the front desk that morning, the hotel manager a young man with long blonde hair, was so rude, mean and inconsiderate to my issue or the fact that the room had bed bugs!!’ He brushed me off, told me nothing was available and when I asked to speak to the hotel manager he told me he was the manager and simply stared at me!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done about the situation other than my room being changed!!! The second room *** was as equally filthy and disgusting and the first room, and had a moldy, fart like, very foul smell coming from the bathroom, the only difference being there were no bed bugs in this room as my mom and I checked the bed before accepting the room!!! The bathroom and shower was even worse than the first room!!! Bed sheets don’t even fit the bed properly!!!! There’s no proper service, the room card kept malfunctioning!!! The room fridge doesn’t keep anything cold, and barley works!! The pool is advertised when booking, and when u get to the hotel, they tell you that the pool is not included and you have to pay an additional $1500 lira per person to use the pool, so many people we met in the hotel had the same concerns and complains and we all had the same rude and non caring response from hotel management!! You pay your money to stay some place nice and they treat you like you’re a bother, like you are the problem when you point out the concerns in this hotel!!! I have said all this to say, PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER BOOKING HERE!!! YOU WILL TRULY BE DISAPPOINTED, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND DEFINITELY THE WORST PLACE TO STAY!!!! My stay was from 8/31 to 9/9… THE WORST 9 DAYS IVE EVER SPENT IN ANY HOTEL!!!!
